Kemuri woke up. She would of gasped, but she couldn't. Not again...She thought sadly. I miss my Haha. Why do I always dream about it? Kemuri wondered. She slowly got up from her bed, and walked over to the mirror.

Kemuri's hair was a phoenix's nest. Red feathers stuck out of her black hair. Kemuri shifted into a phoenix, and patted down her feathers. She glanced around, making sure no one saw. No one had.

She shifted back. Her hair was now normal again. Sigh. I musta shifted when I was sleeping...Kemuri thought. She quickly changed out of her pajamas into a red and gold dress. Kemuri put on her small gold crown, after she brushed her hair.

Another day filled with boring princess work. Kemuri scowled. She stepped out of her room, into the royal halls. Wait-I need my headphones. Kemuri exclaimed in her head. She raced back into her room, grabbed her headphones, and her iPod, and put on Stressed Out, because she was really stressed.

Wish we could turn back time.

To the good old days.

Kemuri flinched involuntarily. She really did wish she could do that, to see her mother.

"ここを乗り越えろ、ケムリ!"*Her father called. Kemuri turned. She nodded, and headed over slowly. Kemuri signed, "What do you want, Father?" Her father scowled.

"Do not use those fidgety hand signs in my house, daughter." He said sternly. Kemuri glared at him but reluctantly nodded. Her father said something in Japanese under his breath. His step-wife, Kireina, smirked at her.

She put a hand on her large stomach. "My child won't have any mistakes." She smiled coldly. Kemuri closed her eyes.

And all the kids cried out, "Please stop, you're scaring me"
I can't help this awful energy
God damn right, you should be scared of me
Who is in control?

Hasely's song rang through her ears. She couldn't take it anymore. The rage filled up inside her. Kemuri opened her eyes, and they glowed.

*Get over here, Kemuri!
