- 30 minutes later -
You start to move and slowly you open your eyes.
Your pulse rises and you have a panic attack.
In the moment, when you see Bucky and feel his hand on yours, you calm down.
Bucky: It's okay. I am here. You are safe.
You look at him but don't say a word.
Bruce: It will all be too much for her at the moment. We should go and give her the time to process it all.
Everyone leaves, except Bucky.
A few hours go by in which you just stare at the ceiling.
Bucky is still by your side and holds your hand.
Slowly you turn to your side and look at him.
Bucky: Are you okay?
You nods.
Bucky: Do you need something?
You shake your head.
He smiles at you and kisses your hand.
You smiles back at him.
You try to speak but you can only whisper
Y/N: Bucky?
Bucky: yes?
Y/N: what happened?
