Donghyuck was glad he was in the middle of preparing for a comeback with dream. His mind had no room for any thoughts that didn't involve the comeback plans. He didn't really go home these days, usually going back to the dreams dorm to crash on their couch or sleep with Renjun. He also had no time to leave the practice rooms.

Maybe it was for the best, to feel no emotions. He's been keeping walls up for awhile, not wanting to get into that pit of self loathing and longing. He didn't want to feel that.

"You hungry?" Renjun asked, walking over to him all sweaty, panting softly. They had just finished practicing, and everyone was still trying to catch their breathes before they made any movements to leave the humid room.

Donghyuck didn't answer right away. He wasn't sure if he was hungry. His appetite has been oddly small lately, usually skipping both breakfast and lunch has been a thing these past few days. The members have been noticing, and has brought him snacks throughout the day. Which he was thankful for.

Donghyuck nods. He hasn't eaten anything since lunch when Jeno brought him back some bread from the bakery he went to with Jaemin and Mark. He could feel his stomach begging him to eat.

After they packed all their things, they finally left the room. Mark still had some things to do at the company, so he left. Chenle got his own ride, so he also left. While the rest of the members all piled in the vans, ready to head back to the dorms to shower and rest.

When they got back, Jeno and Jisung both raced to the bathroom, wanting to be the first shower. Donghyuck was too exhausted to even care about being first. He just wanted to lie down and eat whatever he could find in the cupboards.

"What are you craving?" Renjun asked once he came out of his room, his phone in his hands as he scrolled through the delivery app.

Jaemin smiled from the couch. "I want-"

Renjun stopped, and gave Jaemin a look. "I'm not asking you." He muttered. He walked over to the couch, seating himself next to Donghyuck who was practically half asleep.

Donghyuck smiled weakly. "I don't mind. I'm starving, so whatever fills my belly, I don't care what we have." He sighs softly, slowly leaning his head on Renjun's shoulders. He tried to ignore Jisung whining, while banging on the bathroom door. He wanted a small nap.

-

When he woke up, everyone had showered and Renjun was already taking everyone's order. Yelling and arguing was happening, which was annoying. But he didn't bother getting mad, just watched them battle out which sushi was better.

In the end, after all the yelling and intense staring contests, they finally decided on the order. Donghyuck was just glad that the raging was gone.

"Oh- you're awake." Jisung said softly. Donghyuck sighs, nodding.

"Sadly, I am." He says, rubbing his eyes. He still felt terribly tired, but he knew he had to take a shower. He felt gross.

Donghyuck pushes himself off the couch, quickly announcing he was borrowing Jeno's clothes. The latter didn't argue back, which he was grateful for.

The dreamies have been awfully nice to him these days. With Renjun letting him sleep with him in his small bed, to Jeno letting him borrow his clothes, they've been nice.

It helped him keep his mind of things. It made him feel better, that he didn't have to fight them like he would normally do.

He stepped into the shower, sighing as he let the hot water slide down his back. It felt nice, relaxing. After a long day of endless practices, it was nice.
