"Ethan?"
"Not. Now." Ethan clenched his fist as he paced his room. It was midnight but he couldn't seem to sleep.
"It's now or never. Few days left and it'll be-"
"Gone. I know." Ethan sat on his bed. The thought crashing down on him.
"Then, you know why I'm talking to you now." Unus stepped out of the shadows. The moonlight shone through the window, giving him an eerie glow.
"I do... But why do you not want this to happen?.." Ethan looked up at his other.
"... Haven't really thought about it. But that doesn't stop me from stopping our death." Unus held his scythe as it glistened in the moonlight.
"Our death?" Ethan raised an eyebrow.
"Me and Annus. He seemed to have accepted his fate." Unus shrugged.
"Mark too. So... What do you plan to do?" Ethan was interested now.
"Oh. You'll definitely love this idea I had. I hope you're ready for it." Unus grinned.
"I've done a lot for the past months. I'm sure I can do this." Ethan smiled awkwardly.
"Good. We'll do..."
