Chapter 8

Rea couldn't sleep a wink, she was struggling to choose a colour for her wedding decoration. She then decided to call james and asked if by any chance he has a better colour in his mind.
It was about 23:00 at night. The phone rang but James did not pick up. Rea believed that he was sleeping she then left him a message.

Tomorrow morning James replied to his fiance that he thinks Gold and white will look good.
She then loved it too .
AT least things are coming together now.
"So James, when can we go and look for your attire in town because my wedding gown is getting ready"?Rea asked

James said that on weekend they will both go to town and see what they can get for him.

On Saturday morning Rea called James and reminded him about their plan, James said "it's ok I will come and pick you up around 12:00 in the afternoon.
Ok fine, Rea cleaned her house and bathed so that James don't come here and find him not ready.

Rea waited until 16:00 and the was no sign of him.
when she tries to call james she couldn't reach him on his cellphone.  She got worried and called Eddie to ask if he knew where his man could be. Eddie answered and said "hello, Rea Im with your man here, he is fine is just that he is  too drunk to talk on the phone, I'm taking him home now".

Rea asked Eddie to bring him to her place, "Eddie he cant be alone in that state,please bring him to me, I will look after him".

He then brought James to his fiance. He was indeed drunk 🤦🏽‍♀️. Rea was not mad at him, she took him to bed without complaining or asking questions.
Eddie left to his house .
Tomorrow morning when James woke up he was surprised to see himself sleeping at Rea's place. Rea did not ask him anything.
James tried to explain but Rea said " Bbe I can understand that this wedding preparation is overwhelming I get it but don't stress much we will be fine.

James ate breakfast and left, he had other plans with Eddie.
Rea went to church service
