My best friend faith keeps bugging me to stay with her in New York. I keep refusing to cause I love working at the tattoo shop I'm at right now I don't wanna start over with a new one. Besides New York has some sketchy people but recently I've been considering moving in with her. I have a younger sister named Cynthia. She also keeps bugging me about living there. Shes 9 years old now so it might not be the best idea to listen to a 9 yr old.
Cynthia: Can we please just move there, think about it maybe you can actually find a nice guy there.
McKenzie: For a 9 yr old you make a pretty good point.
A few weeks have passed and I started thinking about how cool it would be to live with faith and see New York. I took all that in to consideration and decided that it couldn't be that bad besides I can just stay with her for a couple weeks and if I don't like it I can always come back. So I booked a flight but kept it secret from Cynthia and Faith as a surprise.
McKenzie: Cynthia! Come down here real quick!
Cynthia comes rushing down the stairs looking excited.
Cynthia: Is it a surprise?? Like a really good one?
McKenzie: yes I need you to pack your stuff we're going somewhere for a couple weeks.
Cynthia: yay!
She ran upstairs with a huge smile on her face excited to see where we're going.
*in the car*
Cynthia: so where are we going? Disney world? Hawaii?? BORA BORA?!?
McKenzie: Woah woah, I have a little bit of money but I'm not rich.
Cynthia: sorry *chuckle* but where are we going?
McKenzie: that defies the whole meaning of surprise.
Cynthia: ugghh but I wanna knooowww
McKenzie: No amount of complaining is gonna make me tell you.
Cynthia complained the whole time hoping i would break, but i didn't. We boarded the plane. As soon as the plane landed we got out of the plane and I texted Faith.
McKenzie: I need a ride
Faith: hey idiot we live in 2 different states
McKenzie: ;)
Faith: no way, ARE YOU AT THE AIRPORT RIGHT NOW?!?!
McKenzie: yup! and I need you to pick me and Cynthia up
Faith: SO YOUR MOVING IN??
McKenzie: No, not yet at least. I'm just staying here for a few weeks and then I will decide if we'll stay or not.
Faith: ok great! You'll love it here TRUST me.
McKenzie: idk the last time I trusted you you set me up with a criminal...
Faith: hey! How was I suppose to know he was on tinder he wasn't just gonna put "secret psychopath criminal" in his bio!
McKenzie: whatever, are you picking us up or not?
Faith: I left as soon as you sent that wink face.
