Dizziness - like a carousal
Light headed - high altitude
Ringing - like a phone
Muffled - underwater
Static - it won't shut up
Symbols - colours and shapes
Trembles - cold so cold
Vision - gone
Diagnosis - an isolated incident, perfectly healthy nothing wrong at all.
