It's the day after one of the darker days of my life so far.
I feel numb & depressed after what's taken place.
It feels like I need an emotional bandage over top of a mental scar.
I wish this chapter was like all the others.
Unfortunately this isn't the same.
Unique in both subject & reality
I just feel nothing & everything all at once.
