Well from the past few days, the vote for the Nergal Household Army ended up as a tie. Here were the results,
Promethean Army: 3
CIS Army: 3
Banished Army: 0
So we'll have to do another vote between the Promethean Army and the CIS Army, but I'll have the Arbiter with Yap yap and Colony as Corps/Field Armies. The vote right now is about the main army itself. Let the tie breaking vote begin.
