Your smile is bright.
It is a smile that speaks many stories.
Your smile stands out above everything else,
and lights up a room.
It's a smile that is often unforgettable.
And on the day we met,
it was memorable.
That damned smile.
The smile that stirred things in me
I never knew I had.
You subconsciously
and accidentally
reached into my body
and touched every organ inside me.
With a feather like touch,
it was as if you already knew I was fragile.
My stomach filled with butterflies
as I felt every flutter
of every wing
grow stronger
and stronger.
My face heated,
my chest tight, and
My mind racing in circles.
It intensified
with every laugh
with every smile.
I had only just met you,
but it felt as though I had known you forever.
Multiple years have passed and
I feel nothing but.
Everytime.
With every passing second
I'm grateful to know
that there are so many more memories to come.
More damned smiles.
More saddened tears.
More reckless fights.
And more laughs.
