Sometimes I wish I could be
Like the others
But I'm only me
They all look so pretty
While I'm stuck here as me
They say I should embrace it
But how am i supposed to when society
Shows people who don't look like me
They all look so perfect
They make it look like it's worth it
I like to think that maybe i could do things they do
To look as beautiful as they do
I'm very self conscious
I fill my head with nonsense
The version of myself I wanna be
Doesn't seem like a possibility
Cause I'm only me
