Chapter 5: 5 Awesome Pups!

Izuku POV:

A few years have passed since we came to the orphanage. We are both 10 now.

Every morning I wake up next to Kacchan, my amazing, gorgeous Alpha. We normally scent each other in the morning, and luckily nobody cares why.

We have to go down to make breakfast in the mornings, since we are now the oldest in the orphanage. It sorta sucks, but there was a family that apparently had a massive house and wanted kids. So BAM. All the older kids were adopted just like that. It helps that they all got along together though. I'm happy for them!

Kacchan and I, I think, were too young for the family, so they didn't bother asking us. Not that I mind. Someone needs to take care of the pups.

While Kacchan makes breakfast, I set the tables and do most of the chores, like laundry, dusting and sweeping. Kacchan takes care of the rest later after breakfast, while I keep the pups entertained in the yard.

The oldest other than Kacchan and I, is a small pup named Denki Kaminari. He is almost 6 now. He's such a sweet pup, and he helps keeps the pups entertained. Denki came about 2 years ago, and Kacchan and I have essentially been raising him since.

Honestly, we've sort of become 10 year old parents to all of the 5 pups here at the orphanage.

Denki Kaminari, our sweet little Pikachu. I was actually there when he got his electric quirk. I'm so proud of him, he makes sure to be super careful around the younger pups. He's almost 6, with blond hair and golden eyes. He has a black lighting stripe in his hair, I think he was born with it honestly. He is a Beta, but definitely can help take care of everyone when we need it.

Madoka Sugihara, he's five now. He's a little prankster, but I think Kacchan secretly loves how much Mado looks up to him. It's super cute! He has brown hair, with sapphire blue eyes. He has a mechanic quirk that let's him figure out how to take something apart, how to fix it, and put it back together. It definitely helps with his pranks... This little dare-devil is an Alpha too, and is pretty close with Denki. He sort of keeps the kids together whenever Kacchan and I have to do something. I think he will grow up into a good Alpha.

Next we have Asuka Sera, a young, very intelligent little girl. She is a twin, actually. They are 4 years old and Suka has a teleportation quirk, the exact same as her sister, Nori Sera.

If Asuka is in one location, she can only teleport items, people, themselves, ect, to wherever Nori is, and vice versa. They are unable to teleport anywhere else, however.

Asuka is super shy, so Nori tends to take the lead and be very bossy and brash, but she definitely shares her sister's level of intellect. They each have already skipped a grade in their online lessons. Each of them have beautiful dark brown hair, with lilac eyes. They are very pretty. We think that they are Betas.

The youngest pup is only 1 and a half, still potty training, but he is well behaved, thank goodness. His name is Hiroki Makami. He has fluffy stawberry-blond hair and green eyes. He is a social butterfly whenever someone visits, so I wouldn't be surprised if the pup got adopted soon...

I love all of the pups so much... It might be my Omega talking, but I think Kacchan loves them too. Kacchan is still an arrogant butthole at times, but he had my back, and he knows I've got his.

It's super hard to take care of the Orphanage and the kids all by ourselves, especially since for some reason, about a year or so ago, Mrs.Sakamoto moved out of the orphanage, and only visits once a month now.

Honestly, it's probably a good thing because she was very irritable when she left, so I wonder what is going on. Maybe it has something to do with her mysterious husband, whom we have never met. Mrs.Sakamoto, however, would be threatening out punishments left and right before she left, for the most insignificant of things, but wouldn't eat meals or anything with us.

It's almost like she was never here...

Anyway, after breakfast we load the dishwashers like always, and Kacchan watches, and sometimes plays with the kids in the yard. A few months ago a large wall and gate was put around the property, so nobody can get in and out without a passcode. Inside the gate there is a small pond that the kids can play in, only about three feet deep, and a swing set. There is also a trampoline too.

Kacchan gives me a list of ingredients to buy at the store, and I head out. It gives me a chance to take off these scent patches that help my Omega scent not be found out. It sort of hurts my neck after a while though, so taking them off to go and get ingredients for dinner and the next day's breakfast actually works out perfectly.

Mrs.Sakamoto gave us a card to use that every month gets two thousand dollars to pay for food and clothing. However, we have to budget super tight to have enough money for everything. The bills we don't have to worry about though, which is good.

After I get back from the store with the groceries, I bring the kids inside to watch a movie while Kacchan and I work on making some lunch, and just spending some time together. Hiro has to be watched though, because he is still young, so we have a large crib he sleeps in the room next to us.

By the time the movie is over, we eat, then we each divide up into our rooms to work on our online school. Hiro goes down for a nap now, and around two o'clock we wake him up and bring him to our room. A lot of the times Denki comes to get help with his schoolwork, which Kacchan takes over because honestly he's smarter than I am with a lot of things. Although, if Denki still doesn't seem to get it, I'll take over from Kacchan so he doesn't get frustrated, and Denki upset. The other kids seem to do well though.

After studying, the kids go outside for a little while and I do some afternoon chores like cleaning and restocking the bathrooms, making sure everyone had soap in their showers, and then I go and clean the dishes ad Kacchan dirties them while he makes dinner, to save time later.

We put Hiro into a Pac & Play that Kacchan and I found in the attic, and give a few toys to play with, and he's good to go.

Sometimes the kids will argue or whatever so Kacchan and I take on the roles of nice cop (me) and bad cop (him). If you say what's going on nicely to the nice cop, you get talked to, and then we move on. If your mean to the nice cop though, "evil" Kacchan comes and steals the pups away, and talks to them. A bit firmer though... and a bit louder... he isn't yelling, he's just loud!

After dinner, instead of "bonding time" we have a "cool down time". It helps everyone wind down a bit before bed. Sundays we have a movie night though, which is always a lot of fun with the pups.

Around 7:30 the pups go and shower, and by the time they are all done they are getting ready for bed and then going to bed. Kacchan and I tuck them in, before going and taking our showers. Kacchan always makes me go first, so I always end up making the bed and checking in real quick with Hiro after I get changed into Pj's.

After Kacchan is dressed in his Pj's, it's 8:32. We tend to lay in bed until nine trying to figure out what we need to do for the next day, and then what we do regarding our 2nd gender problem. We tend to fall asleep though, right around nine we are out like a light.

I really love our home, but sometimes I do admit to myself, and Kacchan, that I miss just being a kid...

Star-Children! Sorry for the (again) shorter chapter. This chapter was meant to be sort of an update as to where we are at now, and going from here, and also the background information you will need for later chapters too.
