Gabe's POV

I didn't know what to do when cole told me she was struggling with life just why is god doing this to me why is he taking her away from me

"Husband of nicole martin"

I stood up and almost ran to the doctor

"Yes that is me did she survive?"

"Mr.martin we were able to revive her for atleast 15 minutes so you can say your good byes"

I ran into her room

"Nic please don't leave me we have a life to live you need to see our baby's grow up and just be great"

"Gabe its not my choice if I stay or not I'm done fighting"

"Please Nicole stay with me you quiero mundo contigo"

"Gabriel the amo y quiero que estes con los niños I love you and them very much and while I was pregnant I didn't tell you anything about my cancer which is why I'm dying"

"Shay didnt you tell me we could have gotten treatment for you?"

"I'm tired of life Gabe I can't fight any longer"

I held her hand until cole came in and she asked for me to leave
Coles POV

" cole I want you to always tell Chloe that I loved her and that I didn't die that I had to go on a trip very far and won't be back for a long time please"

Suddenly she closed her eyes and the monitor beeped
She's gone!!!!!!

I held her hand crying then I gave her one last kiss
