Chapter 3 AIRPORT!

We walked into the airport. As we walked through the doors the temperature change made me shiver. We walked into the airport, check-in and got our boarding passes and continued on up to security. Once we finished going through security we passed by Tim Hortons. I looked up at the big red sign. My mother looks at our boarding passes and looks at me...

"We have another hour before we board the plane you should go get Tim's for the last time." She suggested

I looked at her like she had just given me 1000 dollars.

"Really!" I said smiling

She handed me 10 dollars and I headed into Tim Hortons for the last time. I ordered my stuff and walked out toward where my mother was sitting by the gate. I sat down next to my mom with a large ice-cap and a chocolate chip cookie. I handed her back the rest of the money that I didn't use to buy my stuff. I sit there and contently sip on my ice-cap.

"Mmm this is good!" I said my mouth was still half full of ice-cap.

"Yeah I bet" she said looking at me disgustedly.

"You may be my son and I love you very much but could you be any more disgusting!" She continued.

I look at her and slightly tilt my head in confusion.

"Huh?" I questioned

She lightly hit the back of my head

"Ow!" I said grabbing the back of my head where she hit me.

"Don't talk with your mouth full you pig!" She scolded.

I continue to look at her and responded my mouth still full of ice-cap that I didn't drink yet

"S-sorry" I stuttered out because it was difficult to talk when my mouth was full.

She shook her head in disappointment

"I can't take you anywhere" she said while looking away pretending that she didn't know me.

"I'm sorry" I pleaded looking at her with puppy eyes.

"I love you mommy" I said this time holding in a laugh

"Oh grow up" she said while ruffling my hair

"Hehehehehe" I looked at her let out some kind of demonic gremlin laugh

An hour had passed and the plane was about to take off. We sat in our seats, I Leaned against the window as the plane was taking off the last thing I heard before drifting off to sleep was...

"This is your captain speaking this will be about a 12 hour flight NEXT STOP OKINAWA JAPAN!" A muffled voice boomed through the speakers

There were a few cheers after the captain spoke and then I fell into a 12 hour sleep.
