They looked around but, not seeing anything out of place, they looked back at the rock and read the inscriptions:

Those who seek a Shelter

In the Brightness of the Dark,

Need a Guide

To lead them Away

From the Storm,

Into the Light Tower.

They shall find It

In Blood and Magic,

Atop the Rock

They shall Unite,

And to the eyes of the Blessed

They shall Reveal

The Light Tower.

If Blessed you are not,

You shall be pierced by the spiteful Cliff,

Drowned by the vengeful Waves,

And brought before my Friend

In order to block your Entry

To the Light Tower.

With Greetings,

Builder of the Light Tower, Friend of Death, Thanatos Ignotus Peverell, Son and Heir of Ignotus Peverell, Master of Death's Cloak, 1231-1296.

And in a seemingly recenter script:

With Greetings,

Marcus Anubis Potter, Lord of the House of Potter, Heir of the House of Peverell, Master of The Invisibility Cloak, 1933-1972.

"Umm..." uttered Harry, not really understanding the meaning of the message. "Well, these two are interesting people, that's for sure. Do you think that I should carve my name too?"

"No, don't! Besides, since it's magical I think that it would appear automatically, otherwise the two scripts wouldn't be so similar. And if it doesn't you can always do it but I say you leave it be. Besides, if you do that, anyone who passes by would know that Harry Potter is or has been here. Anyways, I don't know why you don't understand this, it's easy.

"In the first paragraph it says that those who seek shelter in the Light Tower will need a guide, which is apparently found by putting your blood and magic atop the rock. The tower will only reveal itself to the eyes of the 'blessed' which probably means the eyes of the Heir and those he deems worthy. If you aren't part of those people you'll die so that you can't enter the Tower." she explained.

"Oh." mouthed Charlie.

"Isn't it a bit harsh to kill anyone who seeks entry? Maybe they don't have bad intentions and merely seek shelter or to communicate with the person within? I mean, couldn't they just make it so that they can't enter or see the tower?" argued the green-eyed wizard.
