Eren walks out of the hospital with his hands in my pockets, hair covering his tears. His love, was in a coma. He knew that there could still be a chance that she lives, but it doesn't seem likely. Y/N was really sick before she left. Eren decided to use this chance to stay by her side in case she wakes up.

Eren looks at his messages and decided to shut his phone off. So many thoughts are going through his head. What if she leaves him? He can't deal with that again. He hopes that she'll fight for him.
TIMESKIP 3 MONTHS LATER:
Eren's POV:As soon as I walked in, I got hit with that lysol smell. I don't know how the patients could deal with that smell. I didn't care, as long as I knew what was happening.
I got a call from the doctor 30 minutes ago about Y/N. He didn't say much, just " Get here fast.", then hung up. What kind of doctor does that?
Where's her room again? 241..242...243...244, there. I knocked on the door 3 times when the
doctor opened the door fast, he looked like he had seen a ghost.
"She's up."
As soon as he said that, I pushed past him into the room to see the (e/c) I've grown to love. I didn't know what to do in the moment. We just stayed in silence for a few minutes, making eye contact.
"E-eren?"
"It's me.".
As soon as I said that, I brought her into a big hug. After 3 years I finally get to have her in my
arms again.
"I love you, Y/N."
