Levi's POV 

"I know Erwin it's for her best to live here, I know you're worried about her, but I'll be here to protect her I know that the gangs still want her" as I said to Erwin at the call then I saw Hange with Y/N on her shoulders by the window, and I opened the door before they ring the doorbell.

"You brought her here late" as I said while looking at Hange and others, I then carries Y/N in a bridal style.

"Don't forget to take your pregnancy pills bitch" as Sasha said I was shocked when she said that so I faced her.

"Oi Pregnancy Pills? Who's Pregnant?" as I said while looking at these three, they looked tense when Sasha said that I think they were hiding something.

I then put Y/N in my bed and went to the kitchen to grab some glass of water, when I came back I saw her in the bathroom throwing up.

"Oi Oi Oi you're making a mess brat" as I said, I then hold her hair to not get the vomit in them as she vomits.

"Who told you to drink many?" as I said while giving her the towel and a glass of water then she just walked in the bed and continues to sleep. I then put on her pajamas and wrap around her blanket and went by her side and hugs her.

-THE NEXT DAY- 

Reader's POV

I woke up feeling dizzy looks like a have a hangover, I found myself wearing my pajamas and went outside to look for Levi, there I saw him reading the newspaper at the kitchen while sipping tea.

"Goodmorning boss" as I said, he then puts the tea down and looks at me, I then smiled at him and went to the fridge and get some water.

"Have a good sleep?" as he said, I then  nods and he then gets something from his pocket and I saw a pregnancy test, I then was sweating did I say something last night?

"Take this test" as he said while looking at me, I then was stuttered about what he said.

"But why? I didn't nee-" as I was about to end my sentence Levi then stands up and comes closer to me feeling his breath to mine.

"Now! If you don't want then I'll let myself test you" as he said then I just rolled me eyes on him and gets the test, I then went to the bathroom and I was walking back and forth nervous for what it would come out. Then the result came out it was POSITIVE! shit how am I supposed to tell Levi?

"I think we don't needs this test anymore Levi, I'm perfectly fine hehe" as I said while coming out in the bathroom there he grabs the test and saw that I am positive.

"Shit this can't be true" as he said while patting the table really loud and I could see he is groaning.

"Car now!" as he said while pointing to the directions of his car, I then dresses up and grab my things and went to his car, then he goes in and look at me.

"Cancel all the plans and meetings" as he said, I then nods and cancel all his plans and meeting in the tablet.

"Where are we going Levi?" as I said, Levi didn't reply to me but he then accelerates his car, causing my heartbeat to move fast. We arrived at the hospital and I was about to close the door Levi then grabs my hand and went to the doctor's office.

"Explain now!" as he said while opening the door and eyes on my doctor he then removes my hand.

"Oh didn't expect you to be here Mr. Levi what can I do for you?" as the doctor said offering handshake to Levi but he then refuse.

"Oh did she not mention congratulations Mr. Ackerman you're girlfriend is pregnant" as he said while smiling at us.

"This isn't a joke right?" as he said, he then looks and I think he was worried about me and what he is doing on me we then went outside.

"Are you okay?" as he said while looking at me, he then opens the door for me and let me go in the car first.

"How many months is the baby?" as he said while fixing the mirror of his car. I can see that he got a little excited.

"First" as I said he then drives and went to the office, there I saw at the door my friends waiting for me.

"Hey Y/N!" as Sasha says, she then hugs me while Mikasa and Hange stares at me.

"So? Did Levi knew that you're pregnant" as Hange says while making eye contact on me. I then look at her and knew that she spilled it out.

"It was you" as I said then I chase her, but then Levi yells at me to stop running because of the baby. We then went to Erwin's office and delivered the news.

"Pregnant? Who? How come?" as Erwin said while I was sitting down and Levi was standing up and staring at the window.

"Do you know who the father is?" as Erwin said I then shakes my head and he then pulls out his phone.

"I'll send medical team to perform to DNA to all the boys here including me and Levi" as he said Levi then looks at Erwin, because he knows that this is his baby he is dead meat now.

"Why do I need to test?" as he said Erwin then laughs and looks at Levi's direction.

"You're a man too Levi, it's good for us to know who is the father of Y/N's child" as Erwin said I then leaves the room and leaves Erwin and Levi inside.
