Janus: Yah I told you I'd set it up and it's done.

Remy: Are you sure you-

Janus: REM! Stop ok you got this

Remy: Ok wish me luck

Janus: You don't need it

Remy walked out of Janus's office and nervously fixed their leather jacket. He walked to the end of the hallway and saw Emile waiting for them. Emile was wearing a light pink skirt with a light green polo shirt(I drew this but I can't find it. Emile looks really adorable I promise) Remy walked up and placed their hands over Emile's eye's

Remy: Guess who

Emile: Let me guess... Are they handsome?

Remy: I'd say so

Emile: Does he make me laugh

Remy: All the time babes

Emile: Is it Janus?

Remy: NO!

Emile doubled over laughing as Remy pulled his hands back in shock. Emile picked himself up and placed a kiss on his partners cheek.

Emile: I was just joking Rem. I love you

Remy: Love you to Emmi. Now come on lets get going we don't want to be late

Emile giggled and took Remy's hand as they walked to Remys motorcycle. They got on and started towards the restaurant. They got to their table, sat down, and ate their dinner.

Emile: Thanks for dinner tonight Rem

Remy: No problem baby. I um... I have one more surprise for you tonight

Emile: Actually I have one for you too

Remy: Oh wow! Can we go to the field please.

Emile: Yah that sounds amazing

The two walked together in a comfortable silence. They walked into the field and under a tree. It was the tree where Emile had first asked Remy out when they were in high school. The tree was now covered in fairy lights of all colors. It was a rainbow of soft delicate lights creating small cover under the tree. Remy and Emile looked at the tree in small awe. It looked even better then they could have imagined

Remy turned to face Emile.

Remy: Emile I love you so much. You're my best friend and my favorite person in the world. I have no clue who I would be if it wasn't for you

Emile: Remy I love you too. You are the most amazing person ever. You always make me smile and laugh and have brought so much joy in my life

Remy took a breath and reached into his pocket looking down at his feet. Remy slowly lowered one knee down to the floor

Remy/Emile: Emile/Remy will you marry me?

R/E: Wait what!

The two looked up and saw the other on one knee each holding a velvet ring box

R/E: Wait! I was proposing to you! No I was!

The two started laughing and met each others eye

Remy: Looks like great minds think alike

Emile: Looks like they do

Remy: So Emile... Will you marry me

Emile: Only if you say yes too

Remy: Of course Emmi. Yes

Emile: Yes

They two started crying and pulled each other into a hug wiping tears from their eyes

Janus: F*CK YAH!

Remy: JANUS! WHEN THE HELL DID YOU GET HERE!

Janus: I was here the whole time! You guys did ask me to set this up!

Emile: Wait you asked for the same thing too?

Janus: Yah you guys literally asked for the same thing, on the same day, at the same time. You fluffy little things you

Remy: Wow that sucked

Janus: Look you two just got engaged and Em doesn't like cursing I'm trying here

Emile: Thanks Jan

Janus: You two need to kiss already

Emile and Remy smiled before Remy pulled Emile into a kiss.

 Remy played with Emile's hair who was on their lap. Remy looked down at the ring on their finger. It was a gold ring with a brown pearl on it and smiled. Emile had a ring with a small light pink Rhodonite on it. Remy smiled at the two rings and smiled before placing a kiss on his fiancés cheek.
