It's been years since you left Hogwarts. The war is over and almost everything has gone back to normal. The twins still run their shop, however you never visit you barely knew the twins anyway. You used to always watch Fred when he pulled pranks with his twin, you found George quite handsome as well but there was something about Fred. The way he smiled, the way the light would make his gorgeous red hair glow, the way his brown eyes would light up as he would high five his brother as they ran out of the room laughing. Yet you never talked to him, plus he had Angelina you knew you could never break them up it would be insensitive.
Even though you never visited the twins shop before you decided to go. -what's the harm in going to see some old classmates- You thought to yourself as you opened the door immediately ducking avoiding some random flying thing you couldn't make out. -That was a close one- You looked around and saw George talking to a customer, even though you never talked to the twins you knew George would remember you. You used to do projects together when Fred was off snogging Angelina. You walked over to George he looked down at you and his face lit up.
"Y/N oh my god" He bend down and hugged you.
"It's been years gosh how are you"
"I've been really good thanks for asking, this shop is incredible by the way" You said smiling while looking around (mostly trying to find Fred)
"Thanks yeah it's a lot of work but we have fun...DONT WE FREDDIE" he screamed turning around trying to get his brothers attention.
Fred looked over at George, George moved a little so Fred could see you. To your surprise Fred ran over to you and hugged you picking you up and spinning you around.
"Y/n is it really you" he said with excitement
You stood there for a second not knowing what to say -Did Fred Weasley just Hug me????"- "Yeah it's really me" you finally managed to say.
The three of you started talking about your lives after Hogwarts, you got on the subject of relationships. You still hadn't dated anyone since 4th year when you had dated Mattheo Riddle. George told you he still wasn't dating anyone either, then it got to Fred. He stood there quietly for a moment his twin put his hand on his shoulder.
"It's ok Freddie" George said quietly
You could see Fred's eyes glaze over a little. -Was he about to cry- Fred sniffled a little you felt bad for him.
"Me and Angelina broke up, pretty recently actually" He looked down at the floor, then back at you.
"Oh wow Freddie...i'm so sorry"
He shook his head "It's alright"
Then he said something you would have never thought he would say.
"You probably like that i'm single now don't you y/n...i know you had a crush on me for years back at Hogwarts" He smiled looking down at the floor.
You and George just stood there he looked more shocked than you.
"i-i um..." you started to say.
Suddenly Fred grabbed your arm harshly. He glanced at George, George walked away and went to help a customer. "I'm glad you came so late in the day y/n" Fred said. -What is happening- You thought to yourself as he dragged you to the flat above the shop. He practically threw you into his room by your arm, slamming the door behind him. -Why was he so angry- -Did i do something- -What did i do though- He walked over to you.
