It was the day of regionals and everyone was excited, they all got on the bus and headed to the school, when they got there they all got ready
Finn-"No dress Case?"
Casey-"Finn you know me, Mercedes hooked me up good".

After they are all done getting ready they go and sit down in the audience to watch the other groups, they then go to get ready for their performance, they start
After their performance they go backstage and all of a sudden Quinn yells
Quinn-"My water just broke!"
Mike-"Oh god!"
Will-"Rachel and Emma you guys stay here, we'll go with Quinn".
Rachel-"You got it Mr.Shue".
They all get Quinn to the hospital, they all wait nervously
Mercedes-"She's beautiful Quinn".
Puck-"I'm surprised I didn't pass out".
Puck and her head out of the room and tell the others the baby is here, Quinn changes and they head back to the school, well except for Quinn, they get there and head on the stage to hear the results
Sue-"Winner is Vocal Ardrenaline!"
The whole room just pauses somewhat and Will realizes that the glee club is over with, they all head back on the bus not even changing, Puck goes back to the hospital
Finn-"You all did great".
Rachel-"If was so much fun, especially finally having Casey there with us".
Casey-"So this is it, no more glee club".
Kurt-"I don't know what I'm gonna do". (sighs)
They get back to the school they change then ask Mr.Shue to come to the auditorium, Quinn and Puck are there as well
Casey-"I didn't know that you were my dad, but you always cared for everyone single one of us"
The song ends and Will comes up on the stage and hugs all the kids, after they were done in the auditorium they all went home
Finn-"Rachel wait!" (runs to her)
Rachel-"Yes?"
Finn-"I love you". (kisses her)
Rachel-(hugs him) "Love you too".
They then leave the school, once everyone is home they spend time with their familes
Casey-"Hey Finn did you mean what you said?"
Finn-"To Mr.Shue, yes one hundred percent".
She goes over and hugs him, he picks her up and they go to her room Kurt comes in and lays down with them also
Kurt-"So what are we gonna do now?"
Casey-"No idea, but all I can say is I had a fun time doing it".
