Inuyasha and Kagome Elemental Love

ch.5 New Year Plans

Its been almost a month since Kikyo's promise.

Inuyasha and Kagome were worried but, she said that somewhere around November and its already 2 days before New Years.

Inuyasha and Kagome were calm now. They thought Kikyo had nothing to try and hurt Kagome.

Kagome and Inuyasha were in their Art class. The teacher told the class to draw something or someone they loved dearly.

Kagome was drawing a snow white Husky reminding her of a "someone" in her class(no Inuyasha is not a Husky I dont know what dog he is).

Inuyasha was drawing a graceful Raven reminding him of a serten someone.

Later in Instruments, their teacher said to get any instrument on wall, if they they had the balls, and go up in front of the class and sing something.

Kagome got a guitar, went up to the front and started playing:

The whole room started to clap and the the teacher went up to Kagome and asked her

"That was nice Kagome, why did you sing that?"

Kagome just looked at Inuyasha with sad eyes and said " no reason".

Once Inuyasha and Kagome were outside, Inuyasha hugged Kagome close and took in her scent.

They both waited outside until all the students were out. All of them just looked at them like they were going to do 'something' in the school. But they just ignored them all.

Myoga came out and Kagome took off the spell that was holding up the school, and Inuyasha saw that the school looked a little bit better but not good enough.

"Damn why don't they just cancel school already" Inuyasha said as it stated to snow. "Myoga says that its not snowing bad enough to close us in" Kagome explained.

Inuyasha walked Kagome home. "at least we don't get school tomorrow,be happy about that" Kagome said as they reached the stairs to her family shrine.

"Hey,um my family wants to know if ,uh you could come with us for for our New Years party" Inuyasha hesitated. "are you guys going somewhere?" Kagome asked.

"well yeah we're going to a friend's party"

"gomenasi Inuyasha my mom is making go to a friend's party too." Kagome explained "Soul is coming and he's bringing some friends and his girlfriend"

"Oh thats okay maybe sometime I can take you somewher" Inuyasha said and Kagome didn't miss the faint sound of disappointment in his voice.

Kagome just nodded, "I'd like that"

Inuyasha leaned in to kiss when he heard someone yell from the top of the stairs.

"you better get up here before I get down there sis"

Inuyasha and Kagome looked up to see a boy with his white hair up, with a black head band pulling some of his hair out of his face, and red eyes. He had a black lether jacket and an orenge shirt, brown pants and black shoes.

He was coming down the stairs and was now standing next to Kagome.

"and who's this?" He asked and Inuyasha saw that everyone of his teeth was sharpened.

Kagome looked at him and said, " this is Inuyasha Tekahashi. Inuyasha this is my brother Soul Eater"(I always think of them as brother and sister so Kagame is Kagome Evans Higurashi to me) Kagome introduced.

Inuyasha just looked at the boy then at Kagome.

"I know we don't look alike." Soul said "supposely our father looked like me or some shit like that and supposely me and my sister here were suppose to be twins" he said putting his arm around her.

They talked for a bit and soon Inuyasha and Soul became fast friends.

Their mom was looking from the top and was smiling that Soul actually liked Kagome's boyfriend.

Soul, Kagome, and Inuyasha said good-bye and Inuyasha gave Kagome a kiss before leaving.

"so you had a boyfriend and didn't tell me?" Soul asked and Kagome blushed. "I thought you wouldn't like him?" Kagome said "anyway where are we going for this New Years huh?"

"we're going to the mountains" Soul said

"what!"

"yeah we're leaving right now so you gatta pack you bags"

"why are we going that far?"

"mom says her friend moved the party over there"

After Kagome was packed they went straight to the airport to catch their plane.

After Kagome handed her ticket to the man she bent down to get her back when a flash of silver caught her eye. She moved passed the gate and tried to look for that flash of silver through the crowd, but she couldn't find it.

"yo Kagome come on" she heard Soul call for her "come on Kagome" she heard Maka, Soul's girlfriend. Soon she heard her whole family and friends calling for her.

She just let out a sigh and started running towards her family and friends so they get on the plane.
