Inuyasha and Kagome Elemental Love

ch.2 getting to know eachother

Inuyasha waited outside, infront of the gate, looking for the one girl he's been paying attachion to ever sence he got to this school. He kept his eyes on the entrance, looking at every person coming out.

The sun already setted, it was probably 6:00 and Kagome still hasn't come out. Inuyasha was about to leave when she came running out. "Hay Inuyasha" Kagome said "ready to see why I get out late?"Kagome asked. Inuyasha nodded, and Kagome grabed his hand.

She took him behind a tree, "stay hidden" she said then left.

A few minutes later the principal came out and greeted Kagome. Inuyasha ajusted his ears so he could hear better.

"So Kagome ready?" He asked Kagome just nodded and turned to the school. She closed her eyes and Inuyasha could see purple streaks suddenly fly off the school.

Next thing he knew the school came crubbling down.

"One question mr. Miyoga" Inuyasha heard Kagome's voice, "why hasn't the school been built yet?" "They are working on it, but its longer than you think" he bowed then left.

Kagome got dizzy. She fell backwords expecting to feel the hard cement, but instead she felt arms around her. Inuyasha caught her right before she fell on the concreat.

"Kagome.." she heard "are you okay?" She just nodded "Holding up a building with powers is harder than it looks" " but why do you do it?" Kagome shruged " i don't know really i guess i just want to help, or feel like im needed for once" Kagome said "but no one knows about me holding up the school" "what a load a bullshit" Inuyasha said "this place deosn't even LOOK like its being worked on" "they work on it in the night"

Inuyasha carried Kagome bridal style onthe way to her home. "You don't have to take me home let alone carry me" Kagome said " Keh! Don't be stupid, I'll be danmed before I let a harmed girl walk home alone at night" Kagome looked up at that " I may look like it, but I'm not cold hearted" Kagome just smiled and grabed an ear, "looks to me like your just a softie Inu" she started rubbing his ear and she heard a faint 'purr' sound. She looked at his face to see that his eyes were closed.

"Inuyasha?" "Hmm?" "Tell me about yourself" "huh? Well what do you what to know?" "Anything"

"Well I live my half-'anoying-brother, I never cared about anybody but my friends, and i like to draw i guess" "what about your parents?" "My mother died the day I was born and my old man is almost never at home" while saying this his bangs were covering his eyes "I know how that feels" Kagome said "my father died protecting us from a gang" "us?" "Oh me and my brother, Soul." Kagome said "and why don't care for anybody else?" "The fear of being alone again" They got to her house and Inuyasha put her down infront of the door "everyone that I cared for either died or left me, the only ones who haven't were Sango and Miroku" " who was the first person to leave you?" "Keh, more like hurt me. The first person was my ex, Kikyo" "Kinky-hoe?" "Yeah" "you used to date the slut?" "Yeah but I dumped her when I saw kissing Nuraku in the halls" Inuyasha's eyes were still covered by his beautiful silver hair "ever sence, I've never cared for anyone but my friends".

Kagome remembered what he said before 'the fear of being alone again'. No one under stood that better than her. Soul left to go train at the DWMA, after her father died, so that when he becomes a death weapon he'll be able to protect his family, and her little brother Souta left to kendo practice everyday after school and early in the weekend, she'd spent the day alone cause she would make her mother go out and have fun instead of watching over her.

Kagome leaned in.

No one understood lonelyness as much as her.

A few centemeters away from his face, and he still hasn't noticed her so close to him.

She knew perfectly well how he felt inside and out.

Kagome kissed him fully on the lips. Inuyasha grunted, but responded quickly.

It was a quick kiss. Nothing deep, nothing pasionate, just a plain sweet kiss.

Kagome pulled a away and hugged him tightly. Inuasha hugged her back and barried his nose in her hair, smelling her wonderful cheery and lilac scent.

"Oh Inuyasha, I know how you feel"

That's how they stayed ubtil SOMEONE'S mother opened the door. Inuaysha said good-bye to Kagome then left. Once Kagome was inside she couldn't stop the small smile on her face. She turned around and saw her family looking at her with big grins.

"Kagome, who was that handsome young man?" "mom!" "Someone has a boyfriend" said her grandpa "and what's with the smile Kagome" asked her mother "what smile?" Kagome said turne ing her head so her hair could hide her smile " I think my big 'sis just got her first kiss" Souta said "No i didn't!" Kagome yelled looking at them again "Sis's got a boyfriend" Souta sang "shut up Souta!" Kagome screamed "OH! I wonder if I should tell Soul that I'm going to be a grandma and his going to be an uncle!" "NO!" Kagome yelled "mom we'er no where close to that!" Kagome said with a blush on her face. "Don't be embaraced Kagome, you'll be there soon" said her mom as she went up stairs leaving her son singing about his sister and her daughter with a red face.
