Izabelle, didnt even like Devon at first. He was the one who approched her. He was the one who started the flirting, Izabelle avoided him, sat back, and told her bestfriend rifend Yasmine about him. Yesmine and Izabelle made a plan, where Izabelle would flirt with Devon, just because she could. Izabelle hated realtionships, but she loved to flirt. When she found herself unable to flirt with him, she thought for sure she had lost her skills. Izabelle could flirt with any guy, but Devon.

It was in Social Studies, when Izabelle realised she actually had a thing for Devon.  The intercom had called him up to the office to pick up his guitar, as soon as she heard that he played guitar her heart did a million back flips. She had thing for boys who played guitar. She told Yasmine what was going on, Yasmine wasnt buying it. She didnt believe Izabelle could actually like Devon, no girl actually LIKED Devon. Devon was the boy who always got friend zoned. It took a while to actually convince Yasmine how Izabelle was feeling, but when Yasmine realised that Izabelle wasnt joking she went into cupid mode.  Yasmine saw the way Izabelle looked at Devon and knew that this want a joke.

The two girls spent many days planning Devon and Izabelle's relationship. Devon gave Izabelle all the sighns that he liked her too, but Izabelle was giving Devon no sighns on how she felt. She blushed every time his name was mentioned. When he spoke to her she could barley speak above a whisper, and that was not very Izabelle like. Izabelle was known for speaking her mind, and being loud. Yasmine and Izabelle both took note on this, and knew that Devon was not like any of Izabelle's past crushes. Normally, when Izabelle liked a guy she would make it so obvious, she would act crazy around him and do anything to get his attention; but with Devon it wasnt like that at all.

The day Devon put his arm around Izabelle, is the day she lost her mind. Her head-spun and Her cheeks were probably even reder than a firetruck. The way he put his arm around her was just in a jokinly manner, but to Izabelle it met so much more. He used a classic pick up line to do it. They were sitting in class next to each-other -because they had chosen the same answer choice, and had to explain why-, when no-one was looking he scooted closer to Izabelle and said; "Would you rather have a parrot on this shoulder or this one'. He pointed towards each shoulder and layed his hand on the one farthest for him. Izabelle couldnt speak, she just acted like nothing was happening. She may have looked calm on the outside, but on the inside she was going crazy.

That day Izabelle went home thinking non-stop about him.
