Chapter 3 🌪

It was Friday, and I had slumped straight out of bed and got ready for school. My body was running on 2 hours of sleep, the night time whispers disrupting my mind then disappearing in the morning. Still, the language made no sense.

I was close to reaching school when of course life had throw another rock at me.

"Hey! Wait up!" I heard from behind me. I looked in that direction and my eyes widened to see the alpha from yesterday. The fuck? Does he not understand a simple warning?

I began to speed walk away but obviously that was no use since he caught up within a second. I let out a heavy breath "what's your problem dude?" I questioned with an angry tone.

His face expression looked guilty "I just wanted to apologise, even though i'm more tolerant to the full moon, I still let my wolf control my emotions." He said and bowed his head. By the look on his face, he was really sincere, my heart rate picked up for a moment just looking at his eyes.

I looked away, avoiding his face.

"Forget it, you're forgiven. Just leave me alone." I mumbled and took off in the direction of the school.

I wasn't expecting him to apologise, I guess it makes sense that his wolf had the most control last night. He's probably full of questions from the other night but he didn't press me for them which made me feel relieved.

He probably wants to know why I was less shocked about him shifting to a wolf. He looked at me with intrigue last night which was clouded by his wolves forceful nature.

But then again, he knew I wasn't human. He must think I just know everything about the supernatural because of this.

I knew a lot but not everything...

I was so deep in thought that I wasn't exactly looking where I was walking again. I gasped when I walked right into someone's chest, their hands wrapped around my waist, stopping me from clumsily falling back.

This smell, Hobi.

"What's on your mind?" He asked with a mocking tone. I giggled "nothing, I just didn't see you!." I gave him a big smile as I looked into his eyes. His inner thoughts flooded my mind and I noticed how he wondering why I was stood with his alpha earlier.

"I'm just clumsy, I even walked into this other guy back there." I said easing his mind, I even saw his shoulders physically relax. Was he scared of Jungkook?

"We're gonna be late, come on." Hoseok said and wrapped one arm around my shoulders, leading me into the school. I leaned into him, I was exhausted from hardly any sleep again, as well as exerting myself last night. I'm guessing Hobi's werewolf instinct noticed this and let me lean on him.

I fell asleep throughout all my classes, which was expected. Hoseok left me on my own half way through the day, leaving me to battle through the large crowds of people by myself. He said that something important came up, guess we're not getting ice cream later then...

I was shoulder barged many times by wolves but most of them apologised as it was a simple accident. Others did it on purpose like usual, laughing afterwards, followed by an eye roll by me.

I knew exactly why they did it too, reading minds gives insight, they liked me but were closeted.

Bully the ones you fancy? Why has that got to be a thing?

I sighed as I walked into my last class of the day, history again...

This time the teacher didn't put a movie on leaving the whole class to sigh together. Still though, I fell asleep within 15 minutes. Although there were noises all around me, it was much better the voice at night.
