Brianna's POV
While in Lyric's dad's class, who I call uncle Ezra, I can't help but not get scared by -A.
"Brianna, are you ok?" Uncle Ezra asks me at my desk and I get out of my thoughts. "Hmm hmm" I lie and he goes back to the front and continues. Lyric looks at me and realizes what is wrong, she always knows.
"We'll figure out who this person is. If we get a text in class or school we'll see who has their phone out ok?" Lyric suggests and I smile at her. The bell rings for lunch and as we get a up uncle Ezra stops us.
"Can I talk to you four first?" He asks "Sure dad" Lyric says and everyone else leaves.
"What's going on with you four? Is everything ok?" He asks us
"Yeah we're fine, why?" Lyric asks him
"You guys just seem jittery lately?" He knows somehow, I'm sure.
"We just had coffee" I lie quickly and I look at the girls. "Yeah, just coffee" They all agree and I smile.
"Ok but remember all of you. I'm here if you need talk ok? Lyric?" Uncle Ezra checks
"I know dad, thank you." She assures him and he smiles at us. "All right you guys can go." He tells us and we smile.
When we get to the tables at the cafeteria we all sigh.
"Well that was awkward, Lyric you didn't tell your dad anything did you?" Aubrey asks her
"Hell no! I'm too scared to think about it. I can barely sleep" Lyric says
"Same, I haven't gotten any sleep since the texts. Any time I hear something while trying to sleep I jump. I even slept with the lights on." I admit and we all get a text. "That did not just happen." We all see the text and my heart starts to beat fast.
I'm everywhere, how's lunch going ladies? Kisses -A
What the? We all look at each other and look around the lunch room.
"Not creepy" I say sarcastically and we just continue eating but I cannot I'm to scared to eat. "Who wants my salad?" I ask them
"I'll take it, I'm starving." McKenna offers and I give it to her.
"Should we talk to our parents about this?" Aubrey asks
"I can't" We all say at the same time.
"So what than?" She asks and we just all continue eating. Well this is awkward. I really hope this doesn't ruin our friendship. We've known each other literally since birth.
Knowing -A they will try and tear the friendship apart. Will the girls be able to stick together? Or will -A get their way? ❤️
