Prompt: Do you ever feel like things are getting too much? You start feeling annoyed and angry because of every second thing going around you. You start disliking almost everything happening around you to the point that you don't understand the real reason as to why you are feeling this. You try understanding the situation but fail to do so and start blaming yourself for it.

First, it's normal to feel this way love. There is nothing wrong in this. Everyone has moments like this in life and it's alright.

It is completely alright to feel this way. We are humans and we have feelings. We have the rights to express them too. And you're just doing that. I believe the reason this is happening is because you are pushing away all of your extreme emotions - if I make sense. This is why everything is hitting up on you right now and after a point of time you start feeling helpless from the burst of the feelings. So how about, whenever something happens - good or bad - write down your feelings about the situation, even if it's not big, just write it down. This will help you with facing your feelings instead of pushing them away. Writing down your feelings help in a lot many ways, it might seem like a stupid thing to do, but love; it's important to know how you feel about things going on around you. And after you start doing this, the burst of emotions that you are facing right now, will start decreasing in frequency. So well, it's completely alright to feel this way. Please don't hate on yourself for having emotions love. It's alright to not know how you feel about certain things but it's better if you do, and I know this doesn't just happen overnight. That's the reason, please try and focus more on yourself love. Everything will be alright soon enough. Please don't lose hope.

I love you so much. Stay Hydrated. Love Yourself. Take Care.

After every rainstorm, there comes the rainbow.

All the love,
Skylar xx
