The atmosphere was tense, and he hated every single bit of it. The hallway was packed, everyone seemed to be paying their attention to one specific figure.

The boy's glare held a clear message— fuck off.

He easily parts the crowd and slides past in long strides. He then sighed as soon as he saw what captured everyone's attention. He brought his fingers to his temple, closing his eyes tightly.

"Oh, hello there brother!"

His brother, unlike him, is a much brighter person. He could easily lighten the atmosphere with his bright personality. They were like the black and white dynamic, with Mark being the sibling with the darker aura.

"He's back?" Jeno asked.

Mark just nods, looking at the girls around his brother. Judging by the reaction from people around him, he must've just enrolled today. Which means, he must be in class 1-A.

Heeseung had never been the troublemaker type, unlike Mark. He's more obedient. But his cheeky and playful personality sometimes results to him getting himself in an unwanted situation.

"But if he's back, that means he'll be the last player to join our team."

Mark only nods. Despite the fact that their personalities are contradicting each other, their skills are somewhat similar. With him training in one of the best school of assassins in the world, his skills must've improved even more.

With Dasom and Heeseung joining their team, it's definitely going to be an interesting year.

Training class.

Everyone usually always have a partner during training class to monitor each other's skills and statistics. But Dasom prefers to train alone. To her, only she knows if what she does is wrong or right.

She's a very stubborn girl indeed.

But that was until she met a noisy and naggy perfectionist like Lee Donghyuck. He kept on pestering her about the way she did everything.

"You're not gonna survive abyss if you're like that. Heck I don't think you'll survive hunter."

"Shut up."

She's currently training with a new weapon, a bow. This had originally caught her attention, but she never got the chance to learn how to do it. Mark suggested Donghyuck or Jaemin to teach her with it since these two are the best in her class.

She wanted to train with Jaemin but he said he was going to train with his reflex and speed first which is why she's here with Donghyuck the naggy and annoying brat.

She pulled the string, only hitting 3 points. She squinted her eyes in dissatisfaction, earning a groan from the guy beside her.

"For fucks sake look," he took his bow and arrow, showing her how to aim properly. "Since you can't do instinctive yet, you need to aim properly by doing a bow sight,"

"Now aim, use your dominant eye to find the target and lock your eye in the target, got it?"

Dasom hummed, trying her best to use her left eye. Yes, she is in fact left-handed.

"Re-adjust your sight so that it will align with the target. And then, just shoot."

Donghyuck pulled his bow, the arrow flying swiftly and in the matter of seconds, it hit the bullseye.

Dasom copied him, this time she managed to get 5 points which was definitely an improvement. But the boy beside her was not so happy about it. Donghyuck was about to nag at her again when Jaemin came, covering his mouth with his palms.

"Alright hello Dasom, I will be teaching you from now. You can go now, Donghyuck."

Donghyuck rolled his eyes, walking away from the two.

"Thank god, he's so noisy." Dasom grunted.

Jaemin chuckled at her, taking his bow. He started to show her the way the shoot his bow, and she noticed a difference between the two. Donhyuck tends to release his arrows quickly, whereas Jaemin tends to come to a full draw, and then take a few seconds to aim.

"Just in case you're wondering, Donghyuck's a recurve archer and I'm a compound archer. That's probably why our techniques are different."

They practiced for a while and she managed to score 7 points. Not the best, but she definitely got the natural talent in archery.

"You're really good in archery, you know." Dasom said.

She's not the type to compliment other people, but she admit the fact that Jaemin is really good at this. His movements are clear and swift, his arrow always shooting the target perfectly.

Jaemin smiled, rubbing the back of his head. "Mark-hyung is still better than me, way better even."

Dasom raised an eyebrow, curious of Mark's skills. She'd seen his technique in shooting with a gun and she'd be lying if she said he's didn't excel it.

Later that day, it was his turn to play. He had chosen joker, and she decided to watch him play. She sat down on the couch, paying attention to every little detail of his moves. Jaemin was right when he said Mark is better than him.

Although he's not using a bow now, in terms of skills and movement he's a superior. His movements are clean but brisk, he is skilled in not just one field, and the fact that he's ambidextrous just allow him to use both sides of his body flexibly.

She's curious to learn more about the prodigy himself, Mark Lee.
