Somewhen in Time

Kaleo

Dyand looked left and Right, looking for a way out but it seemed impossible. He looked at Kate, he saw her eyes, red and swollen: it was something he couldn't bear to look at; hallucinations where everywhere, they were getting worse and scarier. Dyand closed his eyes for a moment, then at the top of his lungs he screamed so loud, the water started shaking vigorously, the water slowly changed color, and the hallucinations faded. Kate stopped crying and started looking around her to see that light started coming from every direction. It was something miraculous. For a second they thought god smiled at them, that they were saved, that everything was alright. Don't we all want to see the light after all. The water started to feel like its dropping, they felt as if they were falling until they hit the ground with a loud thud. They weren't able to move one limb, it felt like every bone in their body was shattered so they just lied down on the ground for a few minutes.
After some time passed by they both stood up slowly, every bone in their body cracked, they were barely able to maintain their standing position. looking around them, they saw large white walls, so tall they could be sealed off by the clouds passing over them.
Kate and Dyand were in extreme confusion, they dint know where they were. at first it looked like they were trapped, but a door opened in one of the walls. Kate started walking towards the door. "what are you doing?" said Dyand grabbing her arm. Kate looked at his hand surprised and said "ok first get the get off" grabbing his hand and putting it on his chest. "second I'm gonna check that door out, it's not like there's anything else to do here", "do you go through every open door you see?" asked Dyand angrily. "can you please just stop nagging and let's go see what's in there" said Kate.
Kate started walking towards the door, the door was all white and covered in numbers it was colored white and the numbers were in black; the door was 15 feet long and so wide 10 people can enter at the same time, however the door was unusually thick and covered in locks, the other side of the door was all black nothing can be seen, if it closed there was no way to open it.
"why do you always treat me like shit Kate" asked Dyand boldly. "No I don't" answered Kate. They both stopped walking right in front of the door and stood in front of each other. "you like act weird when I'm around it's like I did something wrong" said Dyand, "no you've done nothing wrong Dyand, it's me who can't express my feeling towards you properly, I love you, oh I love you Dyand and I wanna kiss you at this moment" expected Dyand but all he got was "well maybe you have".
The open door started making a creaking noise signaling that its closing so they ran inside, a strong air blew from the other side of the door and pushed them out, the door was about to totally shut and they would have failed their city. They both ran and pushed against the air until they stepped into the other side, the door closing behind them pushed them further in and finally it was totally shut.
For a few seconds there was total silence and darkness but then all of a sudden the ground glowed red, the whole room lit bright red and a huge ball appeared in front of them.
They were surprised by the size of this ball being 10 to 20 feet in diameter, it had beautiful patterns on it. The ball itself was ruby red and the patterns were golden. The ball floated in the middle of the vast room that seemed like it was endless, no beginning and no end, the ball floated on a very large table made of stone.
Dyand approached the ball slowly then he started hearing whispers. As he got closer to the ball the whispers got clearer and clearer until finally he heard "touch me Dyand".
Dyand raised his hand slowly, he felt the gravity of the ball pulling on his hand. Without realizing it, his hand touched the ball and a man in a white skirt appeared next to him, and grabbed his hand firmly, the man had a golden ring on his finger, it had a white pearl on it with a clock on it. The man was in his thirties but he had black long hair, his eyes where all white and he had 6 symbols on his face, 3 on each side of his forehead, to them he looked like some kind of angel. Kaleo had wings as wide as 2 men, he truly was an angel.
"don't move your hand Son" said Kaleo "who are you" said Dyand surprised and fascinated by the divine look of the man "I am Kaleo, I am a creation of time, I simply exist because of what happened in the year 2052" "well can you disappear again and take us back?" asked Kate. "My existence is irreversible, I'm sorry but I can't undo myself" said Kaleo in a godly voice, "do you offer help to every person you see and they just tell you go ahead or what?", asked Kate sarcastically. "well Kate I did exist before you came but I only took a physical body when Dyand touched the sphere of Time so thank you Dyand" said Kaleo. "yeah sure no problem, giving angels a physical body is my thing" said Dyand sarcastically.
Kaleo slowly moved his hand off Dyand's and then Dyand moved slowly away from the sphere, it started spinning so quickly and glowing brightly, Kaleo started Laughing then looked at Kate and Dyand "if you find me... then I shall give you the clue to figuring out what year you live in; only then will you humans be able to return to your time."
Kaleo surrounded himself in a lightning cloud that rose from his feet to his head then disappeared, the sphere of time suddenly stopped. All of a sudden Kate and Dyand found themselves at the top of the stone where the Hole was, they were teleported back to the mortal realm, Lola stood in front of them with all the enigmos in shock. "well... what happened??" asked Lola curiously.
