Harry's touch is magical, it's the cure to all of Louis' problems. And as much as Louis wants to start asking Harry a billion of question, he keeps his mouth shut. He will get his answers later. There is no way that he is going to ruin this hug. It means everything to him. Right now he is in the one place where he feels safe, where he belongs, inside of Harry's arms.

"Don't cry. I still hate to see you crying." Harry wipes a tear from Louis' face, making Louis' stomach swirl.

"Then stop crying yourself, you dick." Louis laughs through his tears. It brings a smile to Harry's face as well.

"Can we just catch up tonight and start on our project later, please?" Harry looks at Louis' with big glossy eyes and Louis has never been able to say no to that. That hasn't changed.

"Of course, Hazza."

And for some reason both boys forget about their broken hearts, shed tears and sleepless nights without each other. It's like they haven't seen each other for two days instead of two years. Louis and Harry have a special bond and time will never be able to break that.

So now they are sitting on the couch together, or not exactly sitting. Harry's head is resting on Louis' lap while Louis plays with his curls. He loves the feeling of Harry's chocolate brown hair between his fingers. It's so soft.

"How did you meet Bebe?" Harry asks. His eyes are closed, enjoying Louis' touch. Only Louis get to do this.

"She's in my class and she's my roommate. I really don't feel anything romantic towards her. I know what people are saying but it's not true." Louis doesn't know why he adds it. He just wants to make sure that Harry knows that Louis is still on the market, only for him though.

"You two seem indeed close. I thought you were dating." Harry admits. He is happy they aren't. He doesn't want to imagine Louis with someone else. It doesn't feel right.

"Yeah, you are not the first one saying that. How about you and Josh? How long have you guys been together?"

Harry starts to laugh loudly, hands clamping on his belly. Is Louis serious? Harry and Josh dating? No, that's just gross.

"We are not dating, Lou. Because two gay people hang out together doesn't mean that they are dating." Harry winks at the blue eyed boy, making him blush.

"I'm sorry, I just assumed as well. You two seem close as well you know."

"I don't have a lot of friends here in London." Harry admits. "I'm alright with my roommate, but my only true friend is Josh."

Louis starts to feel bad for Harry. He knows how many friends he had back in LA. Everybody over there just adored Harry. It must be hard for him to only have one real friend here.

"You can consider me as a friend if you want to..." Louis sounds unsure. It's hard for him to say. Yes he wants to be close to Harry, but he wants to be more than friends. But if friendship is the step that Harry needs to get back together, then Louis is more than willing to take that step. He enjoys whatever Harry gives him. It's honestly pathetic how attached he still is.

"I want to very much. I really missed you Louis." Harry grabs Louis' hand that is resting on Harry's chest and intertwines their fingers.

Then why haven't you called?

Louis wants to scream it out loud, grabbing Harry by his shoulders and shake him. Harry keeps saying that he missed Louis, but honestly Louis has only been one phone call away all this time.

"Maybe we shouldn't speak about the past. I want to focus on the present." Louis sighs. He knows his heart will break every time a little bit more when he thinks about all what happened, his years spent separately from Harry.

"Yeah, I agree. You are going to stay in my present and future this time, right? I mean, look at us. Even after being separated for more than two years, we are still on the same line. Normal people would have fought but we don't. We are still like we used to be, just not in a relationship anymore."

Pain.

"If you want me to stay, I'll stay." Louis smiles weakly, ignoring his broken heart. We are still like we used to be, just not in a relationship anymore. Harry should know how much Louis wants to change that. But Louis won't admit it, not yet at least. He doesn't want to scare Harry away. He finally got him back.

"Good, I want you to stay. I want to hang out with you and watch movies, go grab a bite to eat, do crazy stuff like we used to. I miss that. Josh is nice but he is not... you. Don't think I will ever click with someone the way I do with you, even though we broke up."

Stop mentioning the break up. It hurts like a bitch, Harry.

"Yeah, yeah I agree. Can I ask you something, Haz?"

Louis wants to change the subject. If he hears one more time that they are not together anymore, he will have a breakdown.

"Sure, ask me whatever you want."

"Why aren't you doing art? It was your dream, and I'm quite sure you would have achieved it. Your paintings are amazing."

Because art is the one thing that took Louis away from Harry. It started with that damn naked painting where they fought about and ended with Louis being gone when Harry was going to that art workshop. Art is a curse.

"I figured I liked photography more. Be happy, if I was doing art, we wouldn't have been partners now." Harry winks at Louis. He really wants to change subject as well.

Louis looks down at his fingers, hiding his blush. It's true, and he is very thankful to have Harry back in his life. He has missed him so much.

"So what about I order us pizza and we watch a movie? We can start tomorrow on the project and we have the whole break to work on it as well. I mean, if that's alright with you. You don't mind hanging out with me right? If I'm being too pushy..."

"Pizza sounds fine, Lou." Harry smiles, interrupting the boy. "And no, you are not being too pushy. I want to hang out with you so much. We have almost three years to catch up on. I'll basically live here." Harry jokes.

He was supposed to live here.

"Great, I'm ordering the pizza now. Still the cheese pizza?"

Harry smiles and nods.

"Yeah, my order hasn't changed."

Louis doesn't need to hear more and orders their pizzas.

It makes Harry's heart beat like crazy. Louis still remembers his pizza order. He wants to hang out together and he'll stay in Harry's life. The American boy will do anything to keep Louis this time. He won't let him go. He has missed him.

And even though Harry is sure that Louis is not ready for a relationship yet, he hopes that one day they will be like they were.

Happy and in love.
