Why do they keep on getting eaten by Kermit the frog?!

Kazuma was looking at a board along side with Aqua and Megumin. The flyers we're advertising quests that would pay for their meals, but not much else. It didn't help that all the good quests were so dangerous, and the fact that Aqua kept picking out the dangerous quests and then sticking the flyers back on the board in random places. Making finding any reasonable flyers even harder.

"Ooh! Kazuma look at this one!" Aqua said as she shoved one of the flyers into Kazuma's face.

"Aqua we've been doing the all the frog quests for the past few days!" He shouted at her as he grabbed the flyer and was about to slam it back on the board. But Y/N yoinked it out of his hand before he did.

"Hey, I'm new to go this adventuring thing, can you guys help me?" I asked.

"And why would we help a stranger?! Aqua asked

"I will pay you 10,000 Eris."

"You know what?! Yeah we can help you!" 

"So you said you guys have been frog quests for the past couple of days, so why not we do that? "

"I don't want to!" Megumin jumped into the conversation.

"Listen up brat! We need this money from this stranger and if we have to slaughter more frogs then so be it!" Yelled Aqua.

"Just shut up you too!" Yelled Kazuma.

Then the group then left to go frog hunting. 

"what could possibly go wrong?!" Y/N thought 

Y/N's POV

Everything went wrong

Aqua gotten eaten and then Megumin gotten eaten after using her explosion spell to save Aqua.

It was just me and Kazuma, and I still have no fucking clue on how to even summon my guns. God freaking damn it, Eris why didn't you give me a manual on how to use these things!

"Because I knew you probably wouldn't read it!" A voice that probably was Eris spat at me. She was right, but it would have been helpful.

Kazuma is trying to cut Aqua out but is failing miserably, and another one of those frogs are coming near him.

As I was busy worrying about Kazuma, a frog chimed in and bit on to me, it was slimy and so fucking gross. And it swallowed.

Shit, shit shit, SHIT! Everyone is going to die because I can't figure out my new powers! I only know them for a day but it will still be my fault since I'm the one who convinced them to come here! I don't want them to die here in a stupid frogs stomach! I can't let them die! I can't! I

Narrators POV

Y/N eyes glowed a bright, hope fulled yellow.

In their hands, a bright line of glowing matter turned in a rifle, and Y/N took their first shot and shot it into the wall of the frog, daylight shined through that hole.

Y/N immediately jumped out, their newly found adrenaline flowed through their veins. They landed and took off their hat, letting four rifles landing face first into the dirt, and Y/N pick the closest one to them and started to take aim, Kazuma was backing up from the frog.

Y/N aimed at the frogs eye and fired. Missing one shot, the frogs noticed and turn to them, but Y/N fired again. Hitting it. The frog shrieked in pain as it's eye bled the crimson liquid. Kazuma wasted no time and slit the poor frogs throat. And one down, two frogs to go.
