Painful Marriage (Taejin)

Chapter 2

Jin's Pov.

Why is he with a girl? I thought he was busy because of their upcoming projects but I never thought he was busy with this kind of thing.

"Jin, what are you doing here?" He asked and he turned to the girl saying that he will follow her soon and he turned to me and his mood quickly changed.

"I should be the one asking you that," I said while looking at him expressionless.

"Don't give me that look as if I did something wrong." Immediately answered me back. He looks at me as if he was saying that I should back off.

"Did you?" I sound so sarcastic. And rolled my eyes at him.

"Look..." He said and grabbed my collar. "Whatever I do has nothing to do with you, so mind your own business, " And he pushed me to the point I lose my balance.

He started walking away and I heard him saying "damn it" He mumbled as he turned his back on me.

I sighed deeply. As soon as I got up, I ready my car keys and drove myself home. What was he thinking? He knows how to ruin everyone's mood. I don't want to ruin my night just because we had a short argument. I fell asleep as soon as I get ready to bed.

The next morning, the moment I woke up I saw taehyung sleeping beside me and still wearing his suit. I decided to wake him up.

"Honey, wake up" I shook him a bit so he would move. "You have to change your clothes or at least clean yourself," I said as I dragged him up and he opened his eyes looking irritated.

"What the hell? I told you to mind your own business!" And he was back sleeping. He smells like a drunk person. What did you do last night idiot? I asked myself and pushed my hair back.

I decided to take a shower first. After I'm done I wore my bathrobe for a while. As soon as I got out of our bathroom he is already awake.

"You're finally awake," I said as I used my small towel to dry my face. He just looked at me. "What's wrong?" I asked.

"Don't you know how to wear a robe properly??" He asked as if he is scolding me. And looking at myself in the mirror. The bathrobe is loose into my V line. What is he disgusted? And looked at him confused.

"Whatever," He said plainly and got up to wash himself up.

We are currently having our breakfast. The distance between us is 2 sits apart. I am used to it anyways. Then his phone rang he got up and answered his phone as he walks away. I decided to follow him.

"I'll be there, text me the place." He said and he hanged up. I quickly returned to the dining area and act as if I'm just eating. He sat quietly. It's so quiet all I can hear is the sound of our plates. Then my phone rang. I got startled.

I answered my phone.

"Hyung!!!" The guy on the phone said cheerfully.

"Hobi??" As soon as I mentioned his name taehyung got up to get some cold water. "Why did you call?"

"I'll be having my vacation there!" He chortled. "I missed you hyung."

"That's Great!! I missed you too hobi." I said and suddenly taehyung said that he was leaving I didn't get the chance to say goodbye because the moment I got to speak he was already gone.

"Is that taehyung?" Hobi asked and his tone has changed.

"Ye-yes" I answered him back. He was just silent so I decided to segue. "Anyways hobi, I can't wait for you to be here"

"Oh yeah, I'll text you when I'm already landed there." He said and now his previous tone is back.

"When is your flight?" I asked. "Hyung will pick you up." I offered.

"Actually, I'm on my way to the airport hahaha"

"You should have told me"

"It's supposed to be a surprise but I can't help but tell you hahahaa" He said "I'll call you hyung!!" He hanged up.

"Aish"

Äfter I prepared myself I decided to visit our company.

"Mr. Kim, Welcome!" One of the employees greeted me. "I'm glad you're here," She said.

"You're looking good today Yuna"

"Oh come on Mr. Kim don't make me flustered," She said jokingly. "Anyways your dad is waiting for you. " She added.

"Father" I slowly opened the door to his office.

"My son! My successor! How are you doing?" He happily greeted me and hugged me. He doesn't need to say all of that.

"Father I'm doing fine. How are you? Have you been drinking your medicine?"

"Don't worry son, your father doesn't miss a day without taking his medicine" He said and crossed his arms as if he's showing me that he's independent.

"That's good then," I said "Btw Hobi said that he will be taking his vacation here."

"Oh, you knew? I thought he will surprise you."

"Well, you know him when he gets excited he can't keep a secret," I said laughing.

"Son." His father sounds serious. "Are you really okay?"

"Dad, I'm fine" I smiled.

"It's just that ever since your mother died you started being independent." He looked glum.

"Don't worry father I'm doing just fine." I hold his hand.

"Is taehyung being good to you?" He asked.

"Yes, Father" And he smiled at me.

"That's good to hear, son."

Maybe our marriage is only for businesses. I chose to be married to be my dad's successor. I won't regret choosing this path for my dad and mom. I want to repay everything they've done to me. My mom taught me how to play the piano and got interested in it. The reason why I stopped playing the moment I was about to play at the big event when my mother got into an accident. We were both arguing and I got mad. She wants me to focus only on our business and she blurts out that Nothing will happen to me being a pianist. I got really mad and walked out. She's the one who taught me how to play the piano and how dare she said that to me but my father said.

Flashback

"Son, your mom really loves you playing the piano," He said as he was holding his tears. "Your mom followed you and she didn't mean what she said." I cried. "Every night she listened to your piece my son," My father said and looked and smiled. "So do what makes you happy... I know your mother also wants that, that's why she followed you."

Still, I decided to focus on our business and be independent and I don't regret choosing this decision. I still playing the piano every night because It's a way for me to communicate with my mom and for me to calm my thoughts.

"Father I'm perfectly fine in fact I visited you here because I want us to have dinner together." I invited him.

"Sure my son but where is taehyung?" He asked.

"He said he is busy because of their upcoming project." I knew he won't be home.

Our parents don't know our situation and even his parents because his parents really want me to be with taehyung. After a while, my dad and I visited our favorite family restaurant. We ordered mom's favorite dish and began to dig in. After we had dinner and got home I washed myself and changed into my pajamas and go to my cave. Cave, I mean a place where I can be alone peacefully, also this is where I play my piano. I decided to play the piano and used my favorite piece. I found this piece a long time ago in a music studio someone left it and I decided to use it only for practice but It really got my heart and soul. I started playing the piano, the windows are open so as I'm playing the instrument I can hear the sound of the wind calmly and suddenly I heard someone opened the door. So I stopped playing and turned around and was surprised.

"Wha-what are you doing here?"
