A usual day at Kim's residence. Everything fine and cozy, nobody bothering anyone in the mansion. It's usual for the people living here and not usual for the people who are touchy towards each other.

Besides who would bother, when there are only 2 peope living in this big building?

Thé house is dead silent, only the sound of cooking of food can be heard from the kitchen, only if a person 5-10 mts. away from it else it's a big NO.

The sound of a door shutting is heard as a tall handsome man walks out of his room. He walks on the stairs and reached the dining area.

As usual he grabbed his 2nd sit on the table and started reading the latest magazine that his company has produced.

The house is still silent, only the aroma of the tasty food cooked by his wife could be felt. He took a deep breath as the scent of the food filled his nostrils.

He is a clean, organised and a well mannered man who hates mistakes and people who make mistakes, but here in the house, he rarely ever gets angry because his wife though she works without any maid handles the house very professionally.

The characteristics above mentioned describe his cold personality, he is somewhat short tempered but also that is for a reason.

He looked towards his wife who was working on preparing the food. He took a small glance and then dropped his attention back to his magazine that he was reading.

After a few mins a short heighted cute lady appears with two plates in her hand.

Jennie Kim.

"Here" she said shyly and handed him the plate.

"Hm" he just hummed.

She took the seat across him and placed her plate there. They both started eating silently, not bothering to talk to each other.

Nobody talks in the house unless it's extremely necessary. Not because they hate each other but they are kind of awkward with each other until now.

Taehyung and Jennie have been married for almost 1 year now and yet they didn't even have their first kiss or even had sex.

Its not like they didn't kiss at their wedding, they did but their lips barely touched. Some of the guests at their wedding were even confused why it happened like this.

Awkward right?

They barely have any skinship with each other. Jennie, she loves him, more than anything or anyone in this world. He is the only man in her eyes.

While Taehyung, he also loves her, more than anything, he gives her wife everything she needs in just one call but then I guess he hadn't realised what true love is yet.

Only the sounds of plates and chopsticks could be heard throughout the room. Awkward silence is filling up this place.

"Uhm..." Jennie cleared her throat nervously which grabbed Taheyung's attention.

He looked up to her just like a boss looks to his employee. He raised his eyebrows at her, questioning her.

She looked down and looked up again not making eye contact with him.

"I...actually...m..my periods are going to start and I don't have any san-" Jennie felt embarrassed and somewhat insecure about talking to him about menstruation.

"Don't worry I'll get you today" he said while eating which eventually made Jennie smile.

He cares for her.

They both finished eating and it was time for Taehyung to leave for his company.

His company. Yes it's his company now. Earlier it was his dad's but after the marriage it belongs to him now.

Taehyung did a heavy course in Accounts and Management while Jennie studied science and math, so technically Jennie doesn't have any work in the company as for now. But maybe in the future.

He is the CEO of a semi-multinational company that operates in Seoul but he surely is planning to have it abroad in Europe and the US.

He took his coat which was kept on the couch neatly folded by his wife. He picked it up and wore it.

He looked at Jennie who was busy on her phone. He sighed.

"I'll be back by 7 today" he said fixing his collar returning a humming sound from Jennie.

He took his keys belonging to his Mercedes and walked towards his expensive garage. He took his car and started driving for his company.

Honestly saying Jennie sometimes feels lonely in this big ass house. No one is there to talk to her for the whole day. She would usually be on the TV, phone or she will clean the whole house and sometimes will cook something to eat.

What else can she do?
