" Vice president, can you tell the director that I want to have a day off for a whole week" I told the vice president of the hospital I'm working on
"Oh, I think you can, president you're next to become a director so you can ask him that" he said while leaving the nurse's booth
Oh well, he was right, I'm the President of the hospital I'm working on. I'm a surgeon and I love being one, sometimes I'm a emergency surgeon, sometimes not.
"Doctor Felisse, I have something to show you about our patient for this afternoon." my nurse said while showing me the tablet about the information of the patient
"Go on, because I still need to go to the Director' s office about something" I said and look the tablet
"Well, she is a mother of three and the thing about her is that she claimed to be your aunt" she said and look at me for the truth
When she said something about my aunt, I actually didn't know anything after I cut off my contacts with my relatives. Then, I grab the tablet and saw the picture and I noticed that it was really my aunt, the mother of my first cousins.
"Now, I see it, she is my aunt but can't help them for they never did help my family when we needed them, give this task to Doctor Thomas and he will know what to do. " I said and handed her the tablet but before she can speak about it, I already left

DIRECTOR'S OFFICE
*knock* *knock*
" Director? Are you here? " I said while opening the door
"Ah yes, Doctor Felisse, please take a seat and I will be with you for a moment." the Director said and I went on one of the sofa that the office have to offer
"What can i help you today, Doctor?" the Director said while coming out of the rest room
"Well, Director, I'm here for one reason only, can you grant me of a day off for one week?" I asked while the Director sat in his chair
"Oh, I can grant that but I need a reason before I approve it" he said while he took a paper from the desk
"The reason is quite simple, I want to visit my family because it's been 10 years, that didn't visit or see them." I said with full determination
I really miss my family now that I can visit them because I already have a job and I already graduated without them knowing but they never stop supporting me until the end.
" Well, that's a lot of years but instead of just a week, how about a month? but we can still contact you for emergencies?" the Director said while stamping the paper and gave it to me
"Really, Director?" I asked and he nodded for a response
"Oh, thank you so much and you can call me anytime for emergencies. And before I forgot can you tell everyone about my leave." I said happily
"Of course, I'll be the one telling them that on our meeting this afternoon, makes sure to attend it." the Director said and I nodded for my response this time and I left with a smile

EMERGENCY WARD
When I left the Director's office, I went to the ER station for the updates of the new patients. And until now I'm still smiling but my smile faded when Doctor Thomas saw me.
"There you are, Doctor Felisse. It's about the patient you gave me, can you gave me hand because you gave me a very hard one this time." he said while showing me the tablet again.
"Um, I guess so, is she already in a room?" I asked him while avoiding eye contact
"Yeah, we put her on a private room as she requested, so let's go Doctor" and just by that he drag me to my doom
