One Gloomy Night

"Babeee! What are you doing??" He asked while looking at our laptop's screen.

"I'm writing a story babe" I answered.

"Anong klaseng story naman yan? Tragic ulit?" He said. He knows that I really love making tragic stories and he always read all my stories. He always supports me with every that I do and understand that I am busy pursuing my career in writing as well in other academics.

"Yes babe you know me very well na ah" I answered while I smile to him. Mas hilig ko kasi talaga ang tragic kesa sa mga romantic type of stories. I've been hurt a lot before by all my ex's and this lead me to love writing tragic as I think na walang talagang forever. Until he came. He made me feel that love really is true and there will be someone that will understand for who you are.

"Ofcourse naman babe alam ko na 'yan. We've been couples from senior high school up until now collage. That's like 3 years now." He answered.

"Nga pala babe, ilang araw nalang at concert na ng Ben&Ben, kamusta pera mo? Naipon mo na ba at sakto na ba?" He asked me.

We are planning to attend a concert as a return for us not meeting each other for almost 2 years. Dahil nga't sobrang busy ko din sa studies at nandito ako sa manila while he's at cavite so we mostly talk to each other through screens only.

"Yes babe naipon ko na. Hindi ko na papalagpasin 'to babe, syempre dahil tagal na natin 'di nag kita at gusto kong makasama kahit sa isang gabi na concert na 'to." I answered.

"Good. I've been working part time for this din babe" He answered.

We smiled at each other and kept on talking and planning what will we be doing pag magkasama na kami. Sobrang excited na din ako para sa pagkikita namin. Sa tagal ko nag-aral ng medicine siguro naman ayos lang makapag night out minsan katulad neto! Susulitin ko talaga bawat oras na kasama siya.

As we talk to each other, nakaramdam na ako ng antok ngunit gusto ko muna tapusin itong story na ginagawa ko.

"Are you gonna sleep na babe? I'll just finish this story then I'll sleep na din. You can go first if you want" I said to him. Kita ko din naman sa mata niya na inaantok na din siya. Madami din siyang ginagawa dahil nga't student din siya at nagtatrabaho para makakuha ng sapat na pera pang gastos.

"About saan ba yung story mo?" He asked.

"Its about a couple that has been apart from each other for years. Sadly, one of them is gonna die. I'm still thinking tho" I answered. I love playing god when writing stories. It's one of the best part of being a author. It's you that will decide what will happen to the character and how will be the story flow.

"May mamatay nanaman grabe, kawawa naman yung isa sa kanila dahil maiiwan, Pero sige I will support you" He said and smile to me. This smiles keeps me motivated and it will be my only motivation in pursuing writing to become a famous author or a successful doctor.

"Haha yeah. I love writing tragic stories. Anyways, let's us sleep na. You need rest. Tatapusin ko nalang 'to tomorrow." I said to him and waved our goodbyes to each other.

"Okay babe. Sleep well and sweet dreams. I love you, always." He said and gives me a virtual kiss. I got the perfect boyfriend. Very supportive, sweet, hardworking, and have future plans. Ano pa hihingin ko?

Nagpahinga na kami at kitang kita ko sa kanya ang pagka-pagod niya. Agad siyang nakatulog at sumunod na din ako sa pag tulog. Madami talaga siyang ginagawa upang makamit lang ang mga pangarap namin magkasama. He's also working hard just for us to attend the concert together.

Days have passed we were busy with our own errands and priorities in life and we have less communication with each other. Until I decided to call him the day before the concert.
