I heard a knock on my door. I yawned and the sun blinded me. My dad walked in.

"Hey, Sweetie! Bean's already up. Get dressed. Mom will be in here to find you a dress." said my dad.

I nodded. He walked out. Today is Thursday. My mom came in with Bean. She opened my closet as I picked up my suitcase.

"Donna swore she wouldn't talk to you ever again." said our mom.

"She said that last time." I huffed.

"I know. Here wear this one." smiled our mom.

She pulled out my navy blue summer dress.

I smiled. "Yeah, that's the one."

"Good. We need to hurry and get on our flight." She said.

"I'm already packed mommy!" smiled Bean.

"I know you are! Let's get your shoes on!" smiled our mom.

They walked out. I zipped up my combat boots and slipped on my tank top. I grabbed my IPod, headphones, and earphones. I shoved my charger into my suitcase and zipped it up. I rolled up my earphones and pushed them into my pocket. I plugged in my headphones and put them on. I turned on my music. We got on the airplane.

My dad slipped off my headphones. "We're here sweetie!"

I found my suitcase in the baggage claim. My dad rented a Cadillac. Bean sat in between me and Donna. We got dressed after we arrived in New England. Friday came up really quickly in that flight. My dad pulled up into the church parking lot.

A man came up. "Lamensoff! You're rolling up in a Caddy?"

"This is how you do it!" He smiled.

I got out of the car.

"Hey, Lenny!" smiled my mom.

"You know that guy, too?" I asked as I slipped off my headphones.

"You never told your children about us?" asked Lenny.

"Juliana's seen that picture of us when we won the championship." said my dad.

"Juliana? Is she your oldest?" asked Lenny.

"Yeah, she's going to be 15 in 2 weeks." smiled my dad.

"You're are getting big! I saw a baby picture of you like 14 years ago." smiled Lenny.

I nodded and walked away.

"Juliana!" said my mom.

"Meet my wife and kids while you're at it." shouted Lenny.

A beautiful woman walked up to us wearing a black dress and black hat. "Hi! I'm Roxanne, Lenny's wife!"

"I'm Juliana." I said.

"Wow! What a beautiful name to go with a beautiful girl." smiled Roxanne.

"Thank you." I smiled.

"Roxanne it's been forever!" shouted our mom.

"Oh, Sally!" said Roxanne.

They hugged each other.

"I heard about Donna and Bean, too." smiled Lenny.

"Stay over there!" said Roxanne.

Lenny nodded.

"Come meet my kids." smiled Roxanne.

She led us towards 2 boys and a little girl.

"This one is my oldest, Greg!" smiled Roxanne.

"Hey." smiled Greg and looked at me and dropped his phone.

"Greg! That's the third one this month." said Roxanne.

He rushed to pick it up and smiled nervously. "No cracks, mom."

"My second oldest, Keithie." smiled Roxanne.

"'Sup?" said Keithie.

He didn't even look up from his phone.

"And this is Becky, my youngest." said Roxanne.

"I'm Bean!" smiled Bean and he hugged Becky.

"Aww!" said Roxanne and our mom.

Another woman came up with 2 kids. I put on my headphones and turned up the volume.

"Juliana! Put that in the car." said my mom.

"Hi, Do you remember me? I'm Deanne." the women smiled.

"Yeah! I'm Sally!" smiled our mom.

"Oh, my god! You're so beautiful!" smiled Deanne.

"Thank you." smiled our mom.

"These are my children, Andre and Charlotte!" smiled Deanne.

"These are my kids, Juliana, Donna, and Bean." smiled my mom.

"And these are my kids, Greg, Keithie, and Becky." smiled Roxanne.

We waved at each other. Greg's phone went off and Keithie started dancing to the ringtone. The nanny was fixing Becky's dress.

"Wow! Didn't I tell you to turn the phone off there?" said Lenny.

"Yeah, but it's my massage therapist." said Greg.

"What? What? No cellphones!" said Lenny.

"Wait, no cellphones? Then I'm outta here." said a guy with blonde hair.

"Higgins." I said.

"Can we go in yet?" asked Charlotte.

"I hope so. This sun is going to bleach me. I'm trying to keep my tan." I said.

"Is it natural?" asked Andre.

"Yeah, I have a different dad from Donna and Bean." I said.

Donna walked away.

"What's wrong with her?" asked Keithie.

"She hates me." I said.

"For what?" asked Greg.

"I'm the oldest and not her father's child. He raised me since I was 2 months old." I said.

"That's what you call a dad." smiled Becky and I smiled.

"Come on kids!" yelled our mom.

"Keithie! Greg! Becky!" yelled Roxanne.

"Andre! Charlotte!" yelled their dad, Kurt.

Time to sit for a couple hours. The funeral went fast. Greg kept exchanging glances with me. He's so cute.
