The next morning, I woke up and enjoyed a quick shower in the silent apartment. I was used to living alone since my mum was at her bakery from 6.30am to 21pm and my dad chose to leave my mum before I was even born. I grabbed my headset and my trip bag and left my new home. This bag was like a small box with all I needed to go out on a small trip it was stuff like headsets, food, drinks, jumpers, hats and all I could want. I went by my mum's bakery and took a breakfast before heading out for a complete discovery of town. I wanted to try and find a quiet place in which I would be able to be alone and comfortable. I knew this would be hard, but I was determined in this search and new I would eventually find something even though it may not be today. I strolled around the morning empty streets. The houses and apartments I walked by were all shining with there bright red bricks that were perfectly lit by the sun.
After walking for at least an hour and music in my ears, I thought maybe I could get towards my school and see what the way there looked like. I realized the street I was in was almost empty and so I decided to run for a bit. I needed to move, I needed to feel the wind blow through my dark long hair. I had no stamina and I had barely started when I was out of breath and had to stop myself. Panting, I continued my trip. My mum had told me that there was a parc next to my school, and I decided to go and see what it was like. After another 15 minutes of walking, I found the parc. I went into it and was filled with a sense of security. The parc was empty. My brown eyes were thrilled to see so much trees and greenery here. The number of flowers planted was tremendous and a lovely scent came from this mixture. I had just seen it, but I was sure that it would be a second home for me. I adventured myself further in following the path. This place was wonderful! I even found a swing! I sat down on this swing and started moving to the rhythm of the music buzzing in my ears. The view I had of the parc was excellent thanks to the slight upwards position of this swing. The swing was a bit old and squeaked quite a bit. It made me feel as if it was an old sing that had been left in the back of a garden for years and that was just used on rare occasions when a kid came. And today, this kid was me.
I enjoyed the fresh air while eating a sandwich I had in my bag. And not long after, I fell asleep on the grass, accompanied by a few birds that were chirping. Awaken by leaves flying in my face, I stood up and decided to go home and get ready for my first day in my school tomorrow. On the way home, I went in a shop and bought quite a lot of food, because I knew I wouldn't want to go after school this week.
Once at home, I cooked myself some carbonara pasta and watched the serie I was currently glued to. Three episodes later, it was already quite late. I had a quick shower and then went to bed. I heard my mum com home and went to talk with her. I got all the crack she had from her bakery. I could see her eyes were full of stars when she spoke of it. She had been made for that job. If only I could have a passion as strong as that. I told her all about my day and then headed off to bed. My mind kept on thinking about tomorrow and how it would go. I wasn't sure of how it would go and I was extremely stressed about it. Chances are it would be fine, but what if it wasn't? AHHH! I got up of my bed and opened the window, I took in a few deep breaths of fresh air and tried to look at the dark street. A few moments later, I was calmer and tried to sleep again. Exhausted by my day, I was soon taken in a world of dreams in which everything was possible and no problem was a real issue.
