I didn't shift last night :( I mixed up a few methods, and these are the steps:
1. Say "accio Hogwarts"
2. Lay still, in your bed
3. Count to 100
And then I fell asleep, I didn't even reach the fifties, I didn't even dream either, not that I can remember, and I scripted that I would remember everything that happened when I return to my cr.
It would make me really happy if you could recommend a method for me, preferably a sleeping method :)
