Chapter 5 Francis

Serene pov

Aw shit, she fell in I didn't know she was here to visit oh god I have to help her .
I ran on the river banks still in wolf form searching for her. the waters moving so fast I hope she lives.

I see something shine in the water and I scan the area to see if it's her and it is.i jump in and grab the back of her shirt in my mouth and swim to the bank. after taking a little breather

I got up and grabbed the back of her shirt in my mouth and tossed her on my back and ran to the bridge that connects the two woods .

I have to get to yanna's cottage that's where my clothes are and I can get some help for her.

Taking a few turns. I see a marked tree and I know I'm close to the fallen tree that serves as a bridge to the ones who knows of it .I take another turn and there's the bridge.

I hear a snap and I know who and what it is bye the smell.' why are you here ' I said through mind link ' I missed you, I can't stand this waiting for you to escape your family' 'If my father new if my brother new they'd kill you I-i' the wolf walked up beside me 'let me help with that girl that's on your back' he turned and walk away behind a tree." hold on don't move I've almost got my pants on" I rolled my eyes but stayed in that spot.

'Hurry she needs help' "ok I got it ,I'm all dressed now" he said walking and fixing his belt 'Francis watch ou-' I said trying to warn him of the tree he was about to walk in to,but I was to late.

He fell to the ground making a thud sound. I slid the girl off my back and changed into human form then ran over to Francis "are you ok" he look up at me with lust in his eyes "I am now" he said raising and eyebrow .I looked down realizing that I was naked and quickly covered as much as I could with my hands. He lifted up and grabbed one of my hands "don't cover what is mine" he growled.

"I..I-" he cut me off by kissing me .it was soft and filled with love but also lust.

I broke the kiss." what's wrong" he asked "nothing I just have to help her" I say looking over to the girl that was lying on the ground barely breathing. "oh well if that's the case then I'll help her" he said getting up and walking to the girl . " What are you going to do" I asked "go shift and we'll meet outside yanna's cottage I nodded and shifted back to wolf form .

I watched as he gave her mouth to mouth and soon after she coughed up some water. he told her to rest and that everything would be ok and she soon fell asleep I don't know how he does that.

He picks her up and walks across the bridge and I follow. we walk for about 40 minutes and he stops " this is where I leave you my love" he says looking down at me . he puts the girl on my back. I whimper as he walks away and soon is no long in my line of site. I want to run after him but I can't and if I where to bring him home with me he would be killed.

I shake the thought out of my head and start running for yanna's I'll be there in about five minutes.

I hear the girl cough and take in a few deep breaths but nothing more. I avoid some trees and pass the one I've marked for Francis showing that I am really close.
