Chapter6 How did this happen

Serene's pov

I see the light of yanna's cabin and I start running faster soon I am only a few feet away.

I stopped as fast as I could which makes dirt fly into the air and hit the house. I walk to the front door and scratch at it after a few seconds I hear footsteps and the door swings open and yanna's mom is standing there. " what did you do serene" she said looking at the girl on my back.'I didn't do anything ' i said through mind link. she sighs and grabs the girl off my back.

She turns and walks in the house. I go to follow but the door slams in my face.' go to the showering station yanna will be waiting for you there with warm clothes and supplies needed to take a shower and also a change of clothes for your friend and food as well' . I can't believe her not letting me in I'm the one who saved her. "you're also the one who harmed her, your brother will not think kindly of that" I don't turn around do to the fact that I new who it was ' Francis what are you'
" I have to go a different way so I don't get killed by the guards remember" I looked up at him as we walked to the showers.

"I still don't understand why yanna's mom has to think I'm a rogue" he says changing the subject. I ignore him because he knows exactly why. my father would lock him up give him no food or water torture him till he gave him secrets on how to take down the alpha his dad and if he didn't he would put up a ransom and if it is not paid he will cut off his head and send it to his pack,he wouldn't care if I loved him or if he was my mate he would still do it.

" here you go and the food and clothing are on the shelves" said yanna taking me out of my thoughts. I nodded and shifted into human form as she walked away.

I turned on the water and it got hot pretty fast. I got in letting the water rinse the river water out of my hair and off my skin. I stood there for a minute letting the hot water release the tension in my back.

I felt an arm go around my waist and pull me in making our body's slam together "Mary won't like this and neither would yanna, so Francis I'm sorry to say this but get out" I say to him putting my hands on his chest and making space between us " but serene I want to claim you as mine before you turn 14 for goddesses sake your my mate I know you don't want to tell a lot of people but I love you and I would rather die than see you marry another"he says looking me in the eyes.

"I love you to but I'm not risking your life for anything " I say to him. I kissed him on the cheek and pushed him out the shower.

"How did this happen" asked Mary " I saw her in the woods I didn't know she was visiting or any other thing but she fell in and I got her out and Francis helped me get her back here" I said honestly. Mary nodded her head and slightly shook the girl.

Andra's pov

I slowly opened my eyes to see what was shaking me. once my eyes were adjusted I saw a lady that looked about 29 a boy that looked about 14 and a girl that looked 13 and another one that looked about 15

"Where am i,and who are all of you" I asked the lady "your at my cottage and I'm Mary the girl with the blonde hair is serene the boy is Francis and the other girl is my daughter yanna" she said as she pointed to each of them
" Where's my horse" I asked starting to worry and now remembering what had happened.

"I ,I have to go" I said getting up off the bed I was in and pushing my way through the people and running out the door and in to the woods "shadow" I yelled out hopeing she would hear me "shadow" I yelled once more

I heard footsteps and I look around and I saw a man "hi ma'am what are you screaming for" he asked " I'm looking for my horse she's all black she has like a mid evil saddle on and I've lost her" I said worry lacing my voice.

" I think I have seen her my friend took her up to the pack house" "ok thanks" I said then turned and walked back to Mary's cottage.

I walked up to the door and knocked on it and after a minute or two she open the door "do you know where the pack house is and if so can you take me there please"

"I do know where it is and yes I will take you" she said sweetly. she grabbed her keys and told the others to stay at the house while she was gone.

We walked to a car and we both got in and she turned on the radio as we backed out she told me I could find a channel I like and we would listen to it or I could take a nap which I chose the second option and took a nap.
