Bayley
I sat on the floor of my daughters nursery, sunlight peaking through the cracks in the blinds after another sleepless night. I thought we were getting better after the teething but now it's just got ten times worse, it's not even like I have someone to share the sleepless nights with. Whatever she needs has to come from me, her dad walked out the minute things got tough, I almost lost her halfway through my pregnancy and it just wasn't worth it for him anymore so he just packed up and left me, before I even got back from the hospital.

My friends have been great but it's just taken so much out of me and it's not going to be long until WWE are ringing, asking for me to come back to work. I just can't wrestle, not right now, especially not when I'm still breastfeeding and even more so when I can barely manage five minutes of sleep before Louise screams the whole house down.

I hear a knock on the door downstairs and I very quietly peel myself off the floor, slipping out of Louises nursery and walking down the stairs with a yawn. I twist the door handle and I see Finn Balor on the other side with two coffees in hand. "God Bayley you look awful." I scoffed at that, taking one of the coffees from his hand. "Thanks for the compliment, this is Louises fault. She's barely sleeping so I'm barely sleeping and we're both constantly exhausted, I've only just put her down so you can come in but you'll just have to be quiet." I took a sip of my coffee as Finn stepped into my house. "How's things?" He asked, tone light as we headed into my living room. "Tough, she's still teething and constantly hungry, I'm sore from all the breastfeeding and I'm tired and stressed, alsoI had a letter not to long ago from Steph basically outlining my return storyline." He frowned a little and I sighed. "I hope you told them no? That you're not ready to wrestle again, Bayley you can't wrestle running on caffeine." I rubbed at my temples as a headache began to throb through my head. "I just didn't reply but I need to go back to work soon, the bills are piling up and there's only so much maternity pay can do." I couldn't read his expression as I handed him the multiple letters from different bill companies. "You should talk to them Bayley."

I went to reply when the baby monitor lit up, I could cry as I watched my daughter screaming her lungs out for what feels like the thousandth time today, I think Finn could tell as he stood up. "I'll go settle her, you just take a deep breath down here." He smiled at me and I just placed my head in my hands, only looking up when I heard Finn's voice on the baby monitor. "Hey little lady I've heard you've been giving your mother a really hard time." He scooped her up into his arms and he started to bounce her around the room. "Mama has been telling me that you're not sleeping very well, keeping her up all night mind but she loves you so she does it anyway. I would suggest signing to you but I've heard your mothers singing voice and that would probably unsettle you more, yeah!" Her crying seized almost immediately as Finn started to sing to her and I watched as her bright green eyes opened and her tiny fingers curled around his hand, I could even see the adoration on Finn's face. "Let's take you downstairs to Mama but only if you promise not to cry, or I'll get her to sing to you." She giggled and I could feel tears building up in my eyes, but this time out of happiness. It's been so long, too long since I've heard her giggle like that.

"Your daughter is an angel with lungs of a devil!" Finn exclaimed as he walked down the stairs and I nodded, as he walked closer to me he could see the tears in my eyes. "You alright?" He carefully handed Louise over to me and she nestled into my shoulder as I rocked her gently. "Yeah, you're just a natural with her, she loves you Finn." My best friend looked up at me with a bright smile on his face. "All I did was tell her a few home truths, that her mother can't sing and clearly she agreed because this little one started giggling." Having Finn here it just felt like I had a weight taken off my shoulders and that was a relief. "You know I was just thinking, you can say no if you want but maybe I could move in here with you? Just so you have someone to share the sleepless nights with..." He said timidly and I looked up at him with a smile. "Yeah I think that would be a good idea, she's clearly picked you as her favourite so having you here would be a great help." Louise started to bite my shirt and I knew she was hungry. "Just gotta feed this one and then we can sort out moving details!"
