When I opened my eyes the next morning, I was confused as to where I was. I freaked out for a split second wondering why I wasn't at Hogwarts before yesterday's events flooded into my mind. Though I was still slightly freaked out about the painting I decided to forget about it. I stretched slightly and made my way downstairs and into the dining room. There Lily and James parents sat eating some french toast quietly. I didn't see either of the boys so I figured they were still asleep. "Good morning Lily," I greeted sitting next to the redhead. She smiled, "Did you sleep well?" I nodded and sat down to eat my food. Soon after I had made my plate Sirius and James wandered in the room. They both moved slowly weighed down by sleep, and their hair was messier than usual. "Good morning everyone," James said sleepily. Sirius didn't even bother to comment. He received a chorus of replies and Mrs. Potter turned to Lily and I, "We are going to Diagon Alley today to purchase a few items for the party." She smiled and I knew we would be buying our dresses. "Ok," Lily and I agreed. We quickly finished our meal before going to our respective rooms to dress for the day.
