Kenji Sato, one of the smartest workers of the Japan PI Inc, being asked to join at the age of 19 he quickly became one of the best by solving cases quickly and always getting them correct on the first try.
Liam Brown, sarcastic, young and having an IQ of 160, he is the smartest person at the New York Intelligence Agency. At the age of 20 he was asked to join and he accepted. Now at the age of 22 he was finally stuck on a case.
The director of the Japan PI Inc. gets a phone call about help for a case. The director ask's for Kenji's help. And with the convincing of his drunk coworkers, he accepts.
The city where the people say anything can happen, Kenji is amazed by it. From the sounds and unique smells to the streets being illuminated at night- he is memorized.
