I think that they should not have a opulence or a cell phone. Reasearch shows that people ,who says in a ensuite prisons, that at least 85% are back. They should reduce idleness by increasing opportunities for exercise, sports, cultural and religious activities. With less back a lot just stay there. People who demolish people and hurt someone that anyone lkves should never have a luxury. They should be punished so that they know how it feels to hurt someone. Others say that people say that people should have a luxury prison because it keeps the prisoners locked away and they should stay on there forever. I think that no-one should be locked up like animals.
