Third person pov
Three days passed and Keigo along with Rumi played detective and decided to meet up at a coffee shop to discuss their findings on who could be the stalker. An hour after four, the duo were already in the middle of a hushed conversation with two cups of coffee gone and a plate full of cakes left.
"So Keigo, you got any more clues of who could be the suspect, cause Shig has been acting kinda distant lately and then there's this guy in accounting who won't stop staring at you"
Throughout the bunny's rumbling, Keigo couldn't really concentrate, the whole stalking incident has him on edge everyday and it is really taking a toll on his psychological health as well as his physical. Once again, the bird had gone back to his habit of skipping meals and sleeping in, which is why they are here at the café now, due to Mirko lecturing him in the morning to try and eat properly and just get rid of this stalker.
As Mirko chattered on there was a sudden vibration in Keigo's pocket, he took a look at the number and saw the contact info as unknown. Thinking it was just someone who dialled the wrong number he dismissed the call. Several minutes later Keigo had his tenth phone call, and each one was from the same number.
"Dude I swear, just pick up already other wise someone is gonna loose a child today"
With a roll of his eyes, he picked up the call.
"Hey, whoever this is I think you have the wrong number, also if this is a prank you should know that I am perfectly capable of calling the cops on you"
Keigo spoke with a tone full of annoyance, the other end though was silent for a second, it was so quiet that Keigo could hear his own heart beat, then there came a sigh from the caller.
"You know, you are really cute when you're mad, but right now that's not what I am here to discuss"
The voice sounded somehow animated, like the caller was disguising it to prevent any form of recognition, Keigo panicked for a little bit before something in his head clicked. He quickly looked up at Rumi.
"Rumi... I think this person could be my stalker"
"What the hell are you talking about?!?"
"I'm being serious, this person is talking bull shit and is telling me I look cute, whatever this person is up to right now doesn't sound too promising"
After their hushed conversation the two came to an agreement to talk to this person, Keigo removed the person from hold and resumed their talk.
"Sorry about that, I was dealing with a cheque, so anyway, who are you, are you the person that's been following me and if you are, why are you now calling me after all this time"
With Keigo being so serious like this Rumi could see just how pissed off he really is, and she couldn't blame him, after all that he has endured.
"I was just taking my sweet time with you, hey, do you wanna know a secret?"
"Um sure"
He looked up to see his friend waving her hands out frantically and whispering incoherent sentences, he quickly drew his attention back to the caller.
"One thing about admiring someone is to look at that person and realise all their accomplishments in life, to adore someone is to look past their flaws and see all the imperfections that make them perfect, to completely be obsessed with some one... that is to look at everything and accept it, all their mistakes, all their progress, their goals and needs to want to be with someone, to bask in their glow and submit to their gentle tender love or their verbal and physical cruelty is something that one must absolutely have to want to truly know what it's like to love someone, wouldn't you agree Hawks"
