Possibly there was the new member of team Arrow,Ray Palmer.They all are looking at his Atom suit .Next to him was Felicity she was angry at him ,she didnt want that Ray become a new hero. For her to wait at the desk to hear the news he is injured .She was waiting for someone to tell him to give up and have a simple life but everyone loved his atom suit even Oliver .He just wanted someone else who could protect the city as better as he could .Felicity angry as she walk at the stair and closed the door with violence.
