The Dominion
'As it is decreed in the first sector of the Act of Union- MMXXIII Anno Domini, Her Majesty's Governing Body of the United Nation of Vaelan is the appointed central government of the nation and holds executive authority over all monetary, political, social and religious activities carried out within the borders of the nation. As it is also decreed, all laws must first be admitted for consideration by HM, the current reigning Carona of the United Nation of Vaelan, who holds ultimate power in the enforcement of any and all primary and secondary legislations passed by The Dominion, prior to execution.
If, at any time, any active law passed by The Dominion is directly disobeyed by any citizen of the nation, with the exceptance of HM, the current reigning Carona of the United Nation of Vaelan, disciplinary action must be executed immediately by an Elite. The severity of this action is decided in correspondance to the severity of the crime or breaching of national legislation commited.
In the act of high treason against HM, the current reigning Carona of the United Nation of Vaelan, through either the pre-meditation or attempt of mutiny, rebellion or uprising or directly perverting the Course of Justice, a public execution shall be carried out in order to make an example of those who wish to defy the executive authority of The Dominion.'
