Ruin just arrived in his classroom and immediately sat on his assigned seat. The morning breeze was colder than usual making Ruin already tired for the day. For the mean time, he thought of the things that he'll eat at lunch break.
After a long period of being lost in he's thoughts, he then noticed that his friend, Agui, is already beside him.
Ruin: "Gah, school again. When's it all gonna end."
An overwhelmingly bored expression is seen on Ruin's face.
Agui: "Seriously. You know class hasn't even started and you're alrea-"
Agui, a dependable friend of his, answered before being rudely interrupted by their other friend, Karlo.
Karlo: "Hey Ruin, let me copy your homework please."
Karlo's shame was nowhere to be found.
*Ruin chuckles*
Agui: "Rude."
Agui looks at Karlo with menace.
Ruin: "Hahaha, I think copying from Agui's better though."
Ruin avoiding Karlo's gaze, refusing to admit that he himself still haven't done his own homework.
Karlo: "Pft, as if Agui would let me copy his anyway."
Agui overhears and confronted Karlo.
Agui: "Well, I was about to, but after hearing you say that, I changed my mind."
Karlo: "W-wait huh? well uh, in that case, Agui please, you don't understand, I was just kidding. I need your help, I've been missing homeworks for the past three weeks and there's no way in hell will Mr. Luiz let me off with just a scolding this time!"
Agui: ". . ."
Karlo: "AGUI!"
Agui: "Alright, alright. But just this once okay, I swear to god if you wehrer toh ebevn fogret jsdf."
Ruin: "Huh?"
Ruin's hearing suddenly became distorted and incomprehensible.
Agui: "Wahath's henazpengi ha ebvn s grangs."
Karlo: "Awrhd I doknt sezfr tvu mak."
Ruin: "Uh, guys, w-what's happening, why are you all so-"
Ruin's head started hurting like crazy. Reality seems to be undergoing a shift.
Ruin: "G-guys! H-help, I can't control my h-head It hurts!"
Ruin was helpless as his surrounding turns to an entirely different form of reality.
A loud eerie sound filled Ruin's mind.
Ruin lost all sense of his surroundings, and froze, as if he was trapped in time.
A mysterious being held Ruin's trembling hands.
Ruin also felt its hand shaking, terribly, way worse than his.
Ruin knew that the mysterious being was just as confused as he is.
