What did it feel like to change from yourself to Nightmare Moon and vise versa?

It is terribly PAINFUL! When turning to that monster I grow twice my size, fangs humongous wings, and the worst thing is when my eyes change! When my pupils shrink it feels as if I have gotten a burn from a dragon's breath.

But back to myself is slightly less painful. Because I am just turning back to normal. :)
