Chapter 9

Todoroki's POV
It has been 3 weeks since I posted the video. Emi hasn't shown up to school since. No one has even seen her or her mother. I also haven't gone to school my father doesn't want me to go yet. But Midoriya has kept me informed. He isn't saying what I did was right but he also doesn't hate me. Today was my first day back at school after everything. Once I got to school and walked in everyone looked at me and the room got silent. We started out lesson but I wasn't paying attention. But all of a sudden I heard a voice.
"Hi u-umm sorry I-I'm late and haven't been here some life stuff came up" I heard Emi's voice stutter
Emi's POV
I have been trying to make this whole video thing go away but it was really hard. I got made fun of all over social media. I know one thing for sure I hate Todoroki. I had to go back to school and I couldn't give up my spot in UA. Once I got there I walked into class and saw the one person I didn't want to see.
"Hi u-umm sorry I-I'm late and haven't been here some life stuff came up" I said looking at the ground
"Don't worry Chen take your seat" Mr.Aizawa said I nodded and took my seat. That day I couldn't focus people would whisper when I walked by. Todoroki he looked like nothing bothered him. I was walking home when I heard someone say something to me.
"Hey dumb ass" i heard a voice say I turned around and saw Bakugo.
"If your coming here to say mean stuff to me please don't" I said turning back around
"No no I can pick on your ugly ass any day but Kirishima wanted me to chance after you and see if you wanted to hangout with us." Bakugo said finally catching up to me
"Oh umm yea sure" I said and started to walk back to UA we were like 5 minutes away. We had small talk and he was kind of nice to me it felt nice that someone wanted to hang out with me and didn't bring up the sex thing. Once we got back to UA everyone was still there even Shoto. Once we got there all eyes were on me again. After a few seconds most of the eyes went away but Shoto's eyes stayed on me and Bakugo.
"Hey so you want to go with us to get icecream" Kirishima asked
"Oh yea I'm down can I bring Yaoyorozu" I said trying to make it less awkward
"Yea no problem is that okay with you Bakugo" Kirishima said
"I don't care about any of theses dumb assess" Bakugo said
"So that's a yes I'll be right back" I said and walked over I noticed Todoroki was talking to Yaoyorozu. Once they saw me it got quite.
"Umm hi Yaoyorozu" I said trying to not look at Shoto
"Hey Emi is everything alright" Yaoyorozu said I felt like my life was spinning and my breathing was hard. I could barely get any words out.
"Yup" I said and walked off. I felt both of their eyes on me. "Are we ready to go" I asked and they nodded then we were off. We ended up talking and hanging out until 8 we were laughing all night. Bakugo walked me home which was nice of him. He waited until I got inside then he left. Once I got inside my mother ran up to me.
"You better have not been with Shoto" my mother said
"I wasn't I was with Bakugo" I said putting my bag down and taking my shoes off.
"You know yoh can't trust anyone as much anymore" my mother said
"Yes I know mother and I haven't done anything now if you'll excuse me I'm going to take a shower and go to bed" I said heading up the stairs. I know my mom was just worried about me and I know she has also lost trust in me since last time I lied about who I was with. I took a needed shower and soon after I fell asleep. The next morning I woke up and got my uniform on. I brushed my teeth and did my hair. When I went downstairs I saw Fuyumi and my mother sitting at the table.
"Wh-what are you doing here" I said
"I came here to apologize" Fuyumi said
"Did you know" I asked
"What" Fuyumi said
"Did you know he was going to do that" I said
" yea I did" Fuyumi started but I cut her off
"I'm going to school have a good day mother" I said with tears in my eyes. I walked to school and on my way there I saw Yaoyorozu and Shoto walking together. She wouldn't do that to me right but then why would she talk to him. In the middle of my thought I felt someone tap my shoulder. I quickly turned and saw Bakugo.
"Hey dumb ass" Bakugo said
"Hey" I said
"What are those dumb asses doing" Bakugo said pointing at Yaoyorozu and Todoroki
"I honestly don't know" I said letting out a deep breath and started to walk again. Bakugo grabbed my hand and started to pull me so we'd walked past Yaoyorozu and Shoto.
