"Sultanim, Valide Sultan would like to invite you to the party she is holding in the Princess' honor in the harem" Daye Hatun said bowing to me. I clenched my fists tightly glaring at her, she didn't do anything but the burning in my heart was enough for me to hate the whole world.
"You can leave now" I ordered turning to look at my bed where Osman, Abdullah, and Ayse were sat playing with their wooden dolls. I turned my gaze to the rocking cribs in front of the bed where Murad and Kaya Ismihan was sleeping peacefully while Zeynep who was sat on the bed was rocking them softly.
I walked out of my room obvious to everyone that I was in a bad mood. When I reached the harem I saw Hürrem stood at the door glaring at the princess who was sat on a throne swaying from side to side to the tone of the music with a smirk on her face as she watched the harem girls dance in front of her.
"Hürrem" I called gaining her attention as I walked over to her. She nodded at me and turned back to look at the princess.

"Look how she's acting as if she owns the world," Hürrem said bitterly. I sighed trying to remain calm and nudged her to remind her that we had company, the entire harem.
"Let's go" I muttered and walked in causing the music to stop. The entire harem stood up and bowed to me excluding the Valide, Hatice Sultan, Mahidevran, and the princess who only glared at me and Hürrem who trialed in behind me.
"Validam, Sultana" I bowed to the two women sitting on the biggest thrones. The valide gave a short nod while Hatice smiled softly at me.
"There is no place for you two here as you can see we are too many. It has been arranged for you to sit on the other side of the harem" the Valide said with a sneer. I bowed and walked to the other side with Hürrem hot on my tail.
"She just embarrassed us in front of the whole harem and you didn't do anything" Hürrem growled as she sat beside me on the throne and glared at the women on the other side.
"Don't worry Hürrem, I already have a plan" I informed her smirking. She looked at me confused but didn't ask questions.
"We're becoming quite a good team," I said not taking my eyes off the spoiled princess who thinks the world revolves around her just like Mahidevran and I swear I will make her life miserable just like the former.
"Almost like friends I dare say," Hürrem said earning my attention. I smiled at her and nodded my head which she returned. Our differences get pushed aside for one thing and one thing only, no other women.
"Sultana" I turned from Hürrem to look at the person who addressed me and to my shock, it's the princess.
"This juice is quite delicious and I wished for you to try it," she said and holding out the cup to me. I stood up and took the cup from her and looked down at it before bringing it up to my lips and took a sip from it.
"Yes princess, quite delicious but plain very plain," I said smirking as her face dropped and anger took over her features before she stormed off to the other side again and at back down on her chair. When she looked at me I raised my glass as in a 'cheers' way before taking another sip.
"Why did you accept it from her?" Hürrem asked confused. I only smiled and pulled the cup back up to my lips taking another sip. Daye Hatun walked over to where we sat and bowed to us.

"Forgive me for disturbing you Sultanas but his majesty is asking for you Qamar Sultan" I smirked and winked at her Hürrem. Today was Thursday and it was my turn this week. I placed the cup down on the table and stood up from my throne with a smirk on my face as the girls stooped playing music and dancing and only watched me as I stepped down from the step and gave the Valide a brief bow before walking out of the harem with Daye Hatun and two other maids hot on my tail.
"Where is she going?" I heard the princess ask making me stop outside the harem and turn to one of the maids to me as a way to show I was talking to her and not listening in the princess' conversation.
"To the Sultan, every Thursday the Sultan asks for one of his wives because the night that connects Thursday and Friday is holy and if you become pregnant though that might the baby that your birth is blessed" Mahidevran explained bitterly glaring at me.
"Which Thursday night is yours?" The Princess asked softly. I smirked at the maid in front of me who also smiled, all of my maids were loyal to me obviously but there were always ranks like everything else in this palace all is based on ranks.
"None, the Sultan is mad at me and hasn't asked for me in years but that's why you're here. You will steal the Sultan away from those two snakes" Mahidevran said looking between me and Hürrem. I rolled my eyes and walked away not wanting to listen to more of her words.
I walked into Suleiman's room and bowed to him. He stood up from his bed and walked over to me and placed his hands on my shoulders.
"My beautiful moon, how I longed to see you all day," he said making me grin happily up at him. I took his hand into mine and kissed the back of it for no reason other than I loved him with all of my heart.
"Me too my love," I said starting to feel a bit woozy. I pulled away from Suleiman who seemed confused and watched me as my breathing started to get faster.
